24th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)I have to share the scoop on my recent run-in with Rolfe East. It was a rollercoaster, and I'm waving the red flag for anyone thinking about buying a property with them. So, we had this agent, Ash, all smiles during viewings, making us think we found our dream home. But it was just the beginning of their little game. They kept bugging us until we hit an offer that seemed to hook the landlord. Pumped us up, saying, "We are delighted that your offer has been accepted!" But guess what? Next day, they hit us with an email saying someone else threw in a bit more, and we're out. And get this – after all that drama, they had the audacity to ask for an extra 5k to seal the deal. When Ash mentioned many times that he dealt with the landlord in the past and was sure that just a much bigger offer would have made them change their mind! Long story short: Save yourself some time. They're playing games and messing with people's dreams. Save yourself the stress and find an agency that's not all about the shady business.

22nd Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We have sold two homes in Chiswick through Harpers of Chiswick. Initially, we chose Christian after previously failing to sell our property through two different chain agents. His straightforward approach and knowledge of the local market made him stand head and shoulders above the opposition. We went back to him because not only did he sell our first property promptly - he also made sure the sale went through, helping us with a buyer who had many, many questions. Twelve years later with our second sale, Christian was just as easy to deal with. He sold our house in a difficult market and having found a buyer he again saw the process through. At all times he was transparent and easy to deal with. I’d highly recommend Harpers.

Moving to a new country is not an easy task but with the team at Swon & Co, it became a lot easier. The support and friendly guidance they provided at every step was very valuable. 17th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Bad company Called 3 times for one property that I’m interested in. They told me 3 times they would let me know. I’m still waiting… Not take seriously the customers Update. I enquired about the property in George Street for 3 Bedrooms not for 2 beds. I called in December and also on January 6/01. I never get any update and anybody never calls me back

On top of that he was so supportive when we moved into the property, helping us find the right suppliers for our immediate needs, since we live abroad. 29th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.

The team were always pleasant to deal with, quick to resolve any issues (within their control) and dealt with our check-out and deposit return smoothly. We had an enjoyable three years in the property and would recommend them as a property manager - big thanks to Sam, Anna, Joanna and the team for the support over the past couple of years!

Alex Giraldin has always been very helpful, pro-active, professional and also understanding, especially during the covid period as well as in other difficult situations. Really happy with him and with Stadium Residential in general.

Hones and trustworthy. A special mention must be made for Alice. Amazing follow up and support throughout a very stressful process. Ensuring all the parties to the transaction fulfilled their role and obligations. Her counsel throughout was greatly received. Enormous thanks to them !
18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)We lived in an apartment managed by Madison Brook, and even though the entire tenancy was a nightmare, Edward was the only agent who helped us throughout the entire year. We were supposed to drop our keys at one of their offices; however, we couldn't because they were very far away, and we had to work. In the end, Edward managed to come and get the keys on a Saturday, even though he was not our agent. He is the only person I can recommend at MB! Very polite, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile for a client. Well done, and thank you for your help!
