We wanted to move but we had no time pressure so when Kelly valued the house significantly higher than the other agents we asked, we agreed that if we got her valuation, we would sell but we would not accept any offers. We were content to stay put for a year or two. We got lots of viewings and several offers which we turned down. Then a full offer from people who unaccountably pulled out after instructing a lawyer and getting local searches. Kelly said no problem and targeted Henry to find another buyer within a month. He did, at full asking price, and we have now exchanged contracts. The service was great and the personnel courteous, professional and effective. Highly recommended.

Liam was forthcoming with information and advice, very easy to get hold of, and found us a tenant after only 2 viewings. 20th May 2025 (23 days ago)Great experience with Go View! Stephanie went above and beyond to support us to secure our dream home and was extremely personable and showed genuine care. Helyn went out of her way during the process to keep the purchase on track. She listened, acted and was extremely warm and encouraging through the tricky parts. Thank you also to Michael and James who helped along the way. We dealt with a lot of estate agents in the past year and Goview shone out for their genuine and caring approach, exactly what you need when selling homes. We highly recommend!

29th May 2025 (14 days ago)Sarah from Castle hill was very rude in dealing. It was when my guarantor didn't fill the form in 2 days given we had 1 week window for which I paid 200 quid. As per her she said it was my "FAULT" that my guarantor didn't do it in time. Also these guy's software ask for intense scrutiny which demands access of your online bank account. This made me suspicious as nothing was warned like such before. I demanded some more time for sorting guarantor due to this suspicious step. The request was denied and I lost my 200 quid due to their utterly rude and obnoxious behavior. Now I'm glad I lost that horse stable of a place with damp walls they called a room as I got far more better deal elsewhere with lower price. Must train their employees on guest sensitivity. Won't recommend dealing with this agency at all.

2nd Nov 2024 (7 mo. ago)Stressful. Over optimistic re likely offers , poor advocate for us, appeared to be on buyers camp. Had to set deadlines in the end for the buyer and the agent . we pulled out when they failed to meet agreed deadline the third time after a reduced sale price was agreed. Our solicitor was mightily unimpressed. Then miraculously all went through swiftly after we pulled out.

He helped us every step of the way from sorting handymen to deal w minor issues, to securing our necessary paperwork, to finding the ideal buyer. We were dreading a months long process but have solid offer in <1 month! I can’t praise him enough!

Very hands on, knowledgeable of area and adding outside just the process of buying and selling which really helped. If looking in that area of Acton def recommend a Harry and team. Oliver
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
3rd Jun 2025 (9 days ago)May be they are good for the landlords who hire them to get good tenants ripped off when ending the contract from their deposit, no matter how good a tenant you are, even not missing a single rent to landlord. RWhitely uses all the tricks available to them to get some share of the deposit from the tenants. Howsy who were managing the property before were quite professional and impartial in dealing with tenants but RWhitely not. If anybody renting their property through RWhitely they must be carefully check their check in inventory and also suggest to take loads of photos of the property for record.

8th Jun 2025 (4 days ago)The house is mostly fine, rooms are not as spacious as expected, the garden without fence is raising some concerns, but in general is all good and as location is pretty far from any underground station but good connection to buses.
