12th Jul 2024 (15 days ago)Carine Kalonji has been block manager at our building in South Kensington for no more than four to five months and during that time has made a huge impact on the management and maintenance of the building with many challenges to resolve Carine is professional engaging and an excellent listener - her personal skills are exemplary and in her dignified and discrete manner commands respect and it is these character traits which have allowed her to meet these challenges gaining the trust and confidence of the residents Carine is very conscious of data protection and confidentiality and has as a result minimised potential conflicts We are very fortunate to have such a capable block manager and as a director of two properties over a number of years I feel I can vouch for her from a position of strength
25th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)The worst property management Company I have ever had to deal with; I have been waiting for over two years for external and internal shared areas to be repaired, they do not respond to emails, they have no interest at all, they don't care its your home - DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - 8th March 2023 - Well here I am a year on and still waiting, there is always a problem and sadly, never a constructive solution; as a Management Company they just don't care, my advice is DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM! 26th May 2023 - RIB did post a reply, sadly the usual excuses, they blame someone; its always something/body else; a business should come back with " yes, we do have a problem, we need to look at lessons leant from previous complaints" but NO - not there fault and funny enough, its not their problem!! - RIB do not engage, they do not respond to emails!!! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM, how a business can be run like this amazes me; I think too much time is spent at the local Porsche garage choosing their next car; the Property Management Company, has failed me for years and years - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Well here I am again!!!! Sadly, I want things to work, RIB do not communicate, the arrogance amazes me, and they don't give a S********t, the Staff leave, the Directors leave and we start all over again with new staff and end up in the same place, and strangely NOTHING HAPPENS, so my advice to all - have I mentioned this before AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Thankfully there is Google and I am sure many other options, I think; I just may be helping you with sleepless nights !!! 25th May 2024

You can count on her attentiveness and sweetness, and your messages are always replied promptly, whether during the business hours or not. I would have been landed with a much inferior property if not for her.

Found Shash very professional and loved the staging of the photos for the sale of my property. Would highly recommend if you're looking for someone who is efficient, passionate and knows their industry for your property needs.

10th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Amazing stadium to visit. The atmosphere is truly alive throughout the game! They have many facilities including beers, drinks, food and restrooms. The layout of the stadium is easy to navigate and things are never too far away from you stand. The staff are great and the games are extremely fun to watch.

We were first time buyers and are hugely appreciative of the honesty and guidance Paul gave us during the offer process, unlike many SW London agents! After our offer was accepted the 5 star service continued all the way through to completion where Paul was very helpful, professional and responsive in dealing with various matters. This resulted in a very smooth exchange/completion. We cannot thank Paul and Moveli enough!

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
