I've lived in St Johns Wood for years, and other managing agents have been just the opposite. They never cared about flat owners. I've dealt with Brian Compton for years and feel as if they are part of my family. So many times in the middle of the night has he come to fix an alarm. Altogether charming and extremely professional. I've been renting from them for 15 years, and count myself so lucky to have them as managing agents. I have no intention of moving out, as they have created a warm, stable base for me since my mother died. I also dealt with Rakiya Sulley who is extremely professional and friendly. They definitely surpass any other estate agents. Thank you Compton Reeback for making my stay comfortable and for making me feel so at home. Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation. They were very flexible and ensured that we had everything we needed. Any small teething issues with the move in were managed quickly and with care.

Refused to pass me through to the sales team ....if anything unfortunately was a little harsh with me and not helpful other than wanting to pass my details along. Time sensitive situation otherwise would of complied. I would of hoped being agents in the area they could of provided some useful knowledge for a potential buyer of NW6
