23rd Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)Very poor experience in dealing with property management. Found the person highly predatory in charging bogus expenditures to deduct deposit (eg indentation on carpets left due to keeping furniture) in an attempt to try to allocate landlord’s discretionary expenditure to tenants (which as a matter of fact arrived after 50+ days since tenancy ended after multiple requests to return deposit). Have challenged it through ombudsman, but did not expect this predatory behaviour from an agency of such good reputation.

23rd Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Had a great time with this agency! Rob was extremely helpful and took the time to show us 3 properties. He was very understanding , chatty and just all round extremely helpful. Genuinely nice guy and would highly recommend.
16th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)We were very happy with Compton Reeback, who managed our flat when it was rented out and then handled the sale. They were efficient and responsive managing the rental and our tenants spoke highly of them. For the sale, they found a buyer at close to asking almost immediately on instructions and Julian managed the process from there very well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
10th Apr 2025 (14 days ago)Amazing experience. They are one of a kind, nowhere near any other experience we had with other estate agencies. From the start Jamie, Adam and Harrison have been simply great in understanding our needs and guide us throught the sale process. This was done in a very quick and timely manner with outstanding communication. Suzanne then helped us to close the deal and managed to get everything done before the stamp duty increase. Highly reccomend Jamie, Adam and Suzanne and the whole Paramount team if you are buying/selling a place.
21st Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Review relates to property management and their dubious billing / service charge practice. Willmott's charged almost 3 times more for building insurance - when I asked they conveniently mention its the best price their broker managed to find yet i was able to get a like for like policy on open market for £11k less. Standard cleaning charges ~ £50 per hour, bogus charges eg removal of fire extinguishers that had already been removed a year before, £130 for placing no smoking sign, sending out contractors for a job that was not done properly in the first instances and then charging residents multiple times in the space of a year for the same job... an incompetent staff that changes the colour of your own front door without even asking for your consent presumably to drive up invoicing/extra management fees ... the list goes on. Strongly urge anyone that has Willmott's as their managing agents to look closely at your itemised service charge bills to avoid being over charged

Our lettings agent Duncan went above and beyond to get us in for viewings and secure our flat. Duncan and the team were super responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had which made for a really smooth process!

25th Nov 2024 (21 weeks ago)I bought my home using MiHomes, Pio was the agent who dealt with me purchase, and I couldn’t recommend him enough, I was so happy with all aspects, in particular his efficacy so as I could move in within my tight timeframe. He’s also a lovely person to deal with, which took some of the stress off what is otherwise considered a very stressful process. Thanks Pio!
