It was a rollercoaster process, but in the end, the lease was successfully worked out to the satisfaction of both sides. Throughout, Miles was not only tenacious but also empathetic. He genuinely wanted to make the flat work for us and this was evident as he skilfully balanced persistence with giving the landlords the space they needed to make their decision.

13th Aug 2024 (9 mo. ago)Very pleasant experience dealing with KF in St John’s Wood for both the sale and purchase of our properties. Professional, responsive, reliable and transparent throughout. Declan in particular is great. Highly recommended.
21st Jan 2025 (16 weeks ago)We used Soroush from Miles estate agents. He was very knowledgeable and understood the local market quite well so we took his advice and sold our leasehold flat for exactly what he predicted. The flat was not occupied and we were relieved that Miles can take over and be in charge of all viewings etc.
16th Feb 2025 (12 weeks ago)Loved the little touches they made when marketing my property, adding flowers, plants, cushions, throws to make it looked lived in, as property was empty. Sadly my property didn’t sell in the 16 weeks they had it, even when reduced, think it was probably over valued. Have now changed agents, not really as yet noticed a difference, think they are all much of a muchness, it just seems the fees differ! Even though they didn’t sell my property, I would say they are no different to other agents, think the market is slow at the moment.

Alessandro was really helpful, kind and professional and very responsive to all the queries I had prior to moving in. The whole process was quick and painless, and the requests I made on the offer form were dealt with by the time I moved in. Overall, I would recommend the agency and Alessandro to anyone looking to rent!
28th Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)It is unfortunate you can’t rate negative stars. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this agency. I was asked to provide documentation, which I did by printing multiple pages to PDF via an iPhone app. Due to a technical issue, the letters "Fi" were missing from several words. It’s called a glyph error and is really common, easy to find on a google search. A technical error a human would never make because you must be really stupid to make the same mistake with the same exact letters on multiple pages. Rather than contacting me to clarify the situation, they completely ignored me and avoided direct communication. I was diverted to a receptionist who blatantly lied, claiming that the agents had suddenly gone on annual leave. It was clear they thought I had fabricated documents, which is both ridiculous and insulting, given that any inconsistencies would have easily been addressed during referencing. I was still in the pre-offer stage, but they chose to act in an unprofessional and cowardly manner rather than addressing the issue head-on. Their approach is biased, stereotypical, and outdated, and it’s obvious they pass this attitude on to new staff. Most of the positive reviews they have are misleading; during viewings, I met several agents who seemed completely uninformed and biased. If you're considering working with this agency, especially as a sales customer, be cautious. Their lack of professionalism could end up costing you, just as it has for others. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Stuart really understood what we were looking for and was super knowledgeable on the market, which made the search and subsequent completion quick and even fun! Couldn’t recommend more highly.
22nd Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)I’ve recently bought a studio in central London and I had the best experience with them. From the visit till completion I’ve always had someone to talk to, they’re super responsive and always of good advice. I felt really reassured and taken care of. It was a total team work too. All started with Fraser who made the initial visit and guide me through for process and then Seth got along the way. Eventually Isaiah and Beckie at the end helped to complete. All incredibly helpful and really present at every steps, the move from one team member to another was also really fluid and well handled. Would definitely recommend !
13th May 2025 (1 day ago)If you are thinking of selling your property in Maida vale I would highly recommend Ashley Milton. I had a great experience dealing with Richard regarding the sale of my flat. Richard was professional and very proactive throughout the whole process. He had a viewer within a day of coming to value my property and had secured an offer for the full asking price 2 days later which meant my flat sold within 5 days of calling them. I loved how passionate he was and when he brought one of the other Directors with him to provide the valuation I knew that they just 'got' my flat and I knew they would be the best agent to go with to sell it plus they have years of experience and knowledge within the area. Richard was also highly involved in speeding up the conveyancing process and was always available to speak to and keep me up to date and give advice which was very much appreciated and he also remained in frequent communication with my buyer to ensure everything was running smoothy. It was great to work with someone that is a doer and has a sense of getting things done and was always happy to help even after completion. Big Thanks to Richard and the team Highly recommend 10/10

Joel is professional and took time to explain the ins and out of the property and of the market, even taking time to explain rental laws in detail. It has been a pleasure getting the tenancy sorted from viewing to signing.

He helped us every step of the way from sorting handymen to deal w minor issues, to securing our necessary paperwork, to finding the ideal buyer. We were dreading a months long process but have solid offer in <1 month! I can’t praise him enough!

24th Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)We hired Highcastle Estates to assist me to find suitable tennant’s to lease my mother’s bungalow in Essex. Living in California made it very challenging, so I was very fortunate to be assigned Panay and Rica from this office that work extremely hard and to help us find excellent tenants to move in. Panay kept in constant contact with me via WhatsApp and guided us through the process, he was very professional and easy to communicate with. Being a landlord myself for 16 years I can appreciate his efforts and work that goes into finding a suitable tennant for a home and I feel Panay checked all the boxes. For this reason I would definitely recommend Highcastle Estates, Panay and Rica. Five stars. Thank you Rob

Larry has been amazing and has communicated with me quickly with all the information throughout the whole process, answering any queries I had. So lovely and always so quick at replying and resolving issues. They made the experience so much easier and are the best agents I have dealt with in London This has been the smoothest and easiest journey from start to finish and I am greatly looking forward to renting with canary for the foreseeable future. Leeward and Kerri promptly answered all our queries and are so kind lovely people and took all the stress out of moving.
