Always prompt to reply to emails and with a good connection to the landlord, she always managed to sort any issues we had super promptly. If you can try and get her as your agent, because even if she is off she will make sure you have someone else to talk to who can sort stuff out for you.
17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)Excellent service all the way from our hunt for a appartment, the initial visit which they happily accommodated to do virtually, the selection process and the support with arranging a start date for our tenancy that fit with our visa restrictions, they were very helpful. The management during the year was second to none and all issues were resolved efficiently. We would definitely recommend Greenstones Estates.

25th Sep 2023 (10 mo. ago)AVOID!!! Awful managment by Husana, left without a landlord for over a month. Wasn't able to store or cook food for a month, constant issues with tenancy and a year long headache. Silverfish, broken shower, broken doors, broken windows, broken heating, just to name a few things that were ignored by Husana and landlord. Never, ever going through Carter and Reeves again.

We had regular viewings throughout and it was particularly helpful to have a focus on Kings Cross specifically (rather than Islington or Camden) in being able to reach a sale at a suitable price. Would very much recommend.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
