As first time buyers we were a bit lost but the whole team were helpful, professional, and made the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible. Communication was clear throughout, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Sian was a huge help and made the mortgage application feel so less daunting! She was amazing. Highly recommend.

6th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely awful. Never deal with any issues, and there always seems to be a lot and whenever you call they hang up - then claim the call got cut. And their systems are always down every time you call.
23rd Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)Overall a great experience so far with Webbs. The pictures looked great and I did sell in 5 days. The the selling dashboard appears to be a good way to track where you are in the process.
27th Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)I first called Encasa in November 2025 about a property but received no follow-up. I called again first week in January 2026 to arrange a viewing while I would be in the area, but still received no response. My son also called on my behalf and was told to email if it was urgent, even though he explained I was travelling a distance away from Solihull and as I was viewing another house and because they didn't get back to me can I view their house yet there was no follow-up to any of these attempts. This repeated lack of responsiveness caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Serious buyers should be aware that arranging a viewing with Encasa can be very frustrating.

11th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)Absolutely shocking service. Ringing multiple trying to get answers, so many times the phone cuts off without answering. Emailing countless times without any aknowledgment. Leaving a young female Tennant with mental health in need of resolutions for the flat & causing health deterioration due to no heating in property since when we had snow this year. WiFi being down for weeks. Draft through bedroom window. Paying rent for a service not provided. She even travelled from Dudley to the Smethwick office to seek answers, to which they still haven't resolved. Much better when landlord managed his own property. I don't know how they've won awards if this is the service they provide to the masses.
