24th Feb 2023 (2 years ago)This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.

From the start of the process to the sale of the house, the advice and communication was first class. The sale was dealt with sensitively and I cannot recommend the company enough.

His local knowledge and availability made the process smooth and everything was completed within the span of 2 months. In additon to this, his guidance at every step was invaluable. I couldn’t have asked for better support in finding my new home.

11th Nov 2024 (23 weeks ago)I had the good fortune to pick you move for our recent sale and purchase. The staff were always professionall and readily available to talk to me and help me through the process, they kept me in the loop all the way along to completion. I would highly recommend them.
26th Jan 2025 (12 weeks ago)Some communication issues - asked for call backs on two occasions and did not receive any. Not sure 'mate' is the sort of language one should use when in conversation with a client ? Not sure who was responsible for the on-line marketing ? I think it may have been iamsold? Was promised a Boxing day re-market as this, historically, is a strong day for on-line views - this was not actioned and we had to call to query - this was later sorted on or around the 28th December - some days after the 'strong day' the 26th December 2024 - not sure if there is a disconnect between Bairstows and Iamsold, so this may be disingenuous to Bairstows ? We would still recommend Bairstows Walsall.
28th Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)Got an incredibly tailored service from Neelam Sharma in the Mortgages department. Walked me through every step of the process as a first time buyer and would regularly check in during the house buying process with updates and cheaper products on offer. She even helped me to negotiate the sale price of the property. Cannot recommend her enough will definitely be referring family and friends to her, and will be returning to her when it comes to finding a new mortgage product. Thank you Neelam for making this whole process so smooth - 10/10 service on your part!

12th Mar 2025 (6 weeks ago)Managed to ask Belvoir to increase asking price and it worked with offers coming in close and i one case exceeding the value. Also managed to reduce their fees which all helped. Excellent that can be contacted anytime and calls are returned
9th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)We had a bad experience with this company for Liasoning between the house owner and tenants. There seems to be a biased opinion and didn't support tenants for genuine tenancy issues. Completely inexperienced staff to deal with.
22nd Jan 2025 (13 weeks ago)I was with springers for 2 years and I honestly can't say a bad thing about them. They were consistently reliable and always helped to get any issues with the property resolved. We cleaned the property top to bottom and they returned 100% of the deposit. You hear many horror stories about agents and deposits but these guys are as good as you'll get!
