Throughout the process, from the first stage of valuation: the marketing of the property: arranging and dealing with the viewings and the exchange of contract, the staff and Mr Perrins have been professional, competent and kept me informed throughout. At a very difficult time they removed all the stress and I felt reassured throughout, that my mums house was in safe hands. I would highly recommend this company and wish Mr. Perrins and the team, the very best for th e future. Thank you to each and every one of you.

21st May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Utter waste of time!! Will never use this estate agents agen!! Basically do the job for them and pay them! I asked branch manager to sort some issues I had and he didn’t after agreeing and then went on annual leave. I was on holiday and then had emails with ultimatum with deadline due to providing id and proof of address (3rd party who is through Paul Dubberley or recommended through them) end of the day the estate agents sort the sale of my property and these don’t want to do the work behind the scenes!! Lost a customer took keys back and took down immediately! Even another agent who works there freely said themselves that is below par and unacceptable also another issue before had with proof of address which never got sorted regarding uploading id which had to be Live Photos and then tested to see if met standards took ages to complete wasted hours of time as every time the page errored and had to restart! SHAMBLES KEEP CLEAR! Much better out there guys

After visiting the office all staff extremely friendly. Josh our internal contact always returns call & keeps you up to date on all aspects. Would highly recommend this office.

They were prompt and helpful with their support at the start of the process, and kept me informed and consulted throughout what was a challenging period to be a seller. Particular shout outs to Laura and Tammie, for whom nothing was too much trouble and they were always positive. Would definitely use Your Move again in future.

Justyn, Jennifer and Robyn were always on hand to make the entire process of selling completely stress free. We were in a rush to get our house on the market as we had our heart set on a house we could potentially loose considering our house wasn’t even on the market. Within a week it was photographed, listed on Rightmove and a block viewing booked in for the Saturday. It was sold within a week. They offer such a personalised service which is hard to come by with estate agents. We will be highly recommending you to family and friends. Thank you for helping our family secure our forever home.

(17 reviews)5th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Awful telephone manner, rang to enquire about a property and whoever answered the phone was very rude and blunt, wasn’t even sure I’d rung the correct number when greeted with a rude ‘hello?’ Then mumbled and put the phone down when they’d said what they needed to. Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

20th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
