16th Feb 2025 (17 weeks ago)Although Concentric managed to sell my property rather quickly, this had more to do with me accepting about at lesst £10 000 less than market value for the house. As far as I am concerned the house sold itself. I was disappointed with the performance of Concentric in terms of slow replies, and mis - information. Ie not knowing who was supposed to be coming for a viewing. The gentleman that ended up buying my property turned up without an appointment. I once communicated that I would like some photos amended. Concentric sent an agent to the property and he took new photos with a mobile phone. These photos weren't even uploaded to the various housing agencies such as rightmove.
23rd Mar 2025 (12 weeks ago)So happy with the service that we received from SWF. From the initial visit through to completion, they made us feel reassured with their honest opinions and advice. Their estate agent, Jack was attentive and helpful and is a credit to the company. Look around and you will see lots of people using SWF to sell their homes; this is because they treat their customers well. Would happily recommend using SWF when you come to seek your home

I would really recommend him. He gives his everything to his customers and makes sure they are satisfied. An amazing mortgage advisor.I recently used these to purchase my first home, as I was new to buying houses it was a bit overwhelming, i had a meeting with Kevin to discuss my options and from the first meeting to getting the keys he was wonderful very reassuring answerd any questions I had discussed values and advised if offers were too high I would highly recommend Kevin and all the staff

Both Michael and Alex gave us informed advice and made us feel in safe hands. The ongoing care and support from Alex has been exceptional nothing too much trouble and any detail sorted quickly and appropriately. Always a pleasure to deal with Belvoir especially Alex at Wolverhampton Branch.

All the team I've dealt with have been excellent including Natalie and Suky. Would definitely recommend this agent to sell your house. They achieved me a price greater than other local estate agents wanted to list the house for (as the others wanted a quick sale).. 5 star!

24th Sep 2024 (8 mo. ago)Our experience selling our home with Thos harvey was excellent from beginning to successful conclusion. Glyn and Alex Harvey are very professional and hugely experienced. Their staff are in the same mould. There was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone to deal with our queries. We found their charge rates to be very competitive.

We have been trying to get a rental property for a few months now, and Herdip from Whitegates managed to sort us out within a month!! I want to say a massive thank you to Herdip herself as we wouldn’t have got the property if it wasn’t for her!! She has helped us hugely and kept fighting for us and we’re so beyond grateful for her hard work and determination!! The property itself is beautiful and this process has been so smooth sailing and we are so so so HAPPY!! Thankyou Herdip again!

After several difficult experiences with renting through estate agents, this one was easy and positive from start to finish. No difficult viewings, no application delays, no property fixes that were left for months (or as we have experienced never done at all) and no faffing around with the deposit return at the end of tenancy. From start to finish a brilliant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Leighton Paul as a letting agent to anyone; what a wonderful team. Thank you for everything and all of your help getting us into the property so quickly and out so fluidly when we were waiting for contract dates, if only all letting agents were like this one!!! 5 stars, fantastic.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
22nd Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)I have been using let’s move in for a number of years now and have found Naomi to be excellent at her job. I recently had a change over of tennants, old tennants moved out and new ones moved in the following day I found this process to be the most stress free experience I’ve had so far. Being a single lady renting a property can be daunting, using naomi has given me the confidence to continue to do so. Thank you .
