When Gags came to value our property, he took the time to clearly explain the whole selling process and how he would market our home to attract the right buyers—not just anyone. His knowledge of the local area and the research he’d done really gave us confidence that we’d chosen the right agent. Gags has been brilliant throughout—always available to answer questions, clear up anything we were unsure about, and guide us through each step. His communication has been excellent, and he did a fantastic job showing buyers around our home. Thanks to his approach, we are now SSTC, which says it all. We can’t thank Gags enough for all his hard work and would highly recommend him and Royston & Lund.
15th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)Having had very negative experiences of small private lettings agents I decided to go with Dixons - an established sales and lettings agent in Wolverhampton. I met Meg at the Wolverhampton Dixons branch and the service I received was Excellent. I had a named person I could contact at any time, and more importantly Meg would phone me on a regular basis keeping me updated on the state of repairs and tenants moving in and out as well as offering advice and suggestions on issues as they arose. I would strongly recommend Dixons as an estate agent and in particular Meg as examples of professionalism.

20th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I have been struggling to find a place to live for a while , i went to view a property with kelly who was very proffesional but also very understanding of my situation and has done everything she could to help me get this property, honestly i could not ask for a better person to help, absolutley luvly lady, listened and helped were others just said no If she has a husband or partner hes a lucky man I really am such a happy customer service is 2nd to none Kelly your the best More people like you is needed Thankyou Edward

26th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’m desperately looking for a home to relocate back to the West Midlands after experiencing DA. I had an appointment this week to view a property, but I was disappointed with the service I received. Firstly the letting agent turned up late, and I had to call the office to see where she was. The office called her to find out, and she clearly wasn’t happy about this as she brought it up with me and my brother who was accompanying me. She was also dressed like she had just rolled out of bed, and offered us no information about the property…she remained quiet the whole time. The property I viewed had no heating source in the one bedroom, (which is illegal) and so they are happy to let out a property on behalf of a Landlord of whom is clearly breaking the law. When I pointed this out, she said “you can just put a heater in there.” No, no I can’t…the landlords job is to provide a source of heating, not mine When I asked her more information and mentioned I had a cat, she wasn’t sure what to say…despite me having an email trace of speaking to the office about this. She just did not seem interested in getting a tenant for the property. I will of course be reporting the fact that this property is being let without a heating source in the bedroom. Only thing I can say positively about this letting agent, is they do call and let you know that you haven’t been successful, which is more than most!

27th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

13th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)Mark slade of slade property collective sold my 4 bedroom semi-detached house with garage on the akron estate in wolverhampton in 12 day's. It was priced at £300,000.We had 2 offers under the asking price but Mark managed to get me the full asking price. He even went above and beyond to get the house me and my wife wanted to buy. The whole process of selling my house and buying my next home was all sorted within 6 to 7 weeks. Mark always kept me informed of any progress during the selling and buying process. I would highly recommend Mark slade of slade property collective to sell your house. He really is a top class estate agent.
