4th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)My girlfriend requested remote viewing because we live very far away and am moving to Worcester. She works for the NHS as a nurse yet they refused her a remote viewing because they want to see:<br>- how you dress<br>- how you talk<br>- how you act<br>- how you look<br>It's 2026 and they're judging whether a nurse is fit to live in Worcester by how they look. This is how they treat nurses even after COVID. I personally can't believe how superficially judgemental this process is its baseless and discrimination. Martin & Co clearly dont want to help a busy nurse find a new home.

She’s been friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right property. She’s taken the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for and has been great at keeping in touch. Although I haven’t found the right property yet, I really appreciate all of Jess’s help and would happily recommend the team at Shipways Redditch.

7th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I shall be forever thankful that I found Vicky and the team at Oulsnam Redditch. Today, we complete on our house sale in Rubery after 9 painful months on the market with another agent, Oulsnam were a breath of fresh air. The service offered was impeccable, honest and they delivered. Within 5 days of being on the market with Oulsnam, I had 4 booked viewings, all conducted over a weekend with Jeff. Jeff was fantastic with the viewings and taking people around with knowledge and consideration. He kept me informed about how they each went, something that I completely lacked from my other agent. By the end of the weekend, after 4 viewings, I had 3 offers on the table! Absolutely amazing!! Vicky and the team achieved exactly what they set out to.<br>During the sale, Elisha and Debbie have been attentive and always on hand to take it through to a smooth completion. A wonderful team at Redditch, sincerely thank you! Without hesitation, I'd highly recommend.

This made the process much smoother and easier than house moves can be. Mandy shared our home buying experience alongside us from start to finish and Dale's excellent organisation and communication skills kept us informed in the later stages. We can very highly recommend using the dedicated and lovely team of staff at Harts.
17th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
