I got keys quickly and when I brought up a few issues with Natasha once settled in, she got on it straight away. The first man didn't show after I spoke to him but she chased other contractors and got all my issues sorted with in a couple of weeks. Im happy and can't thank her enough, thanks again Natasha and her team at Cottons.

29th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Highly recommend!!! I chose to use Your Move, because I liked the idea of using the 'open house' and 'offers over' method of marketing. I have sold several houses over the years and this was by far the quickest, smoothest and definitely most stress free sale I've made. Total transaction time, 9.5 weeks from the first appraisal with Paul to completion. My property was available with vacant possession and I wanted to be able to hand over the keys and just let the agent do what they were being paid to do. This was certainly the case. My sale was handled by Sadie who is clearly very experienced at what she does. She kept me updated with progress on a weekly basis and all communication with her was clear and concise. Your Move were definitely not the cheapest agent on the High Street and Paul was upfront about this at our first meeting. I did have to take this into consideration obviously. However, all things considered, I definitely made the right decision to appoint Your Move and Sadie did a fabulous job. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

They were very helpful and supportive throughout the whole of my tenancy with them. Very easy to access for any queries or problems that I had and made sure I was dealt with straight away. 3rd Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I was buying a property via King Homes The sale of my property fell through I informed Kong Homes immediately Several weeks later the house i was buying was put back on the market without even bothering to inform me It came up on my emails via Right Move I was prepared to pay the extra stamp duty but was never given that opportunity. Even my solicitor was shocked at such shocking treatment. King homes even had the cheek to offer to sell my home for me. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

We have moved several times and have not experienced such a professional, comprehensive yet personal service delivered by Sarah-Jayne. We were kept informed every step of the way and received responses to our queries without every having to chase them up. We would highly recommend Harts Homes and Sarah-Jayne, a lovely person to deal with.
