13th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)Terrible agent, shown up for how poor they were by the quality of every other agent in our purchase chain. Our vendor, who was using their services, views them as dreadful, our own agent who had to deal with them complained of exactly the same slow and unhelpful service that we had. On completion, initially didn't even know it had happened, completely hopeless, miserable experience and didnt even have keys to hand over, with no attempt to resolve matters. The vendor was an elderly client and got entirely insufficient support from them. If it were not for our proactive solicitors arranging for keys direct from the vendor, no doubt we would still be waiting to move in. 0 Stars isn't an option, so 1 star it is.

Very efficient service, ASPS helped me to find a tenant much quicker and beyond my expectation, and ensured that all necessary paperwork was executed in a timely manner. Thank you guys - will come back to you in the future!

20th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)Have been waiting for two weeks for a response to questions I asked re repairs and lack of property income statements, terrible service since the business was taken over by the new owners. I have also been informed they have difficulty retaining staff!!!!! Previously had first class service.
5th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)I rented a property with these quite a few years ago, it was absolutely riddled in mice like a massive infestation. At the time I was really young around 19 years old. I had 2 young children with me, one of my daughters was still crawling. I would have to clean daily so she didn’t come across any mice droppings. The kitchen was completely rotten like actually falling apart under the sink, the oven cooker was so filthy I had to clean it for 2 days before I cooked any meals, I painted the kitchen cupboard front that were all rotten and got my bond taken off me for what they said would be to replace the whole kitchen I had apparently ruined! Ha! Should’ve been replaced before I moved in it was that bad. The carpets where the radiator pipes were had been chewed from mice, I left to stay with my mum a few days as I was depressed living there and as I returned their was droppings in my actual bed. Absolutely disgusting service and I’m 28 now and have avoided ever renting anymore properties from them. Taken full advantage of a young single mum and her 2 young children, would they live in a place like that? Then have their bond taken after being left to live in an infested pit?! I don’t think so. I would avoid like the plague. Not to mention the bond they kept was never used for the kitchen and the place was rented out exactly how I left it to the next people, I actually visited them to give them the heads up and they were already planning on moving out. Funny that isn’t it. Horrible people, horrible landlord, corrupt selfish and heartless agency.

He made the stressful process manageable. Before purchasing the property my thoughts were that the process will be extremely difficult, however Nat made everything very smooth by his reliable communication which was also perfect. We sold our property within days of the property going live and this was certainly helped by the property description and the 360 degree virtual reality tour. Andrew is highly professional and knowledgeable, plus he is supported by an expert team.

Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
26th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Hello everyone,<br><br>I want to share my experience with this company—if you can even call it an agency.<br><br>At first, they kept calling me. I ignored them several times, but eventually they convinced me to sign a one-year contract as a landlord so they could manage my property and find tenants. Since it was my first time renting out a property, there were a lot of things I didn’t know, and unfortunately I overlooked some important details in the contract.<br><br>They found tenants, but they rented the house out by individual rooms, which is not very convenient. Later, the person who had passed the referencing checks moved out and left someone else living there instead. As far as I understand, this is a breach of the tenancy agreement.<br><br>The tenants often pay late, but even when they do pay and send me proof of payment, the agency still delays transferring the rent to me. They ignore my calls and don’t respond to my messages.<br><br>I even went to their office, where I was told that someone would call me back within five minutes. They did call and promised to sort everything out immediately, but another week has passed and I still haven’t been paid. Now they’re telling me they will send me an email explaining what they are going to do, while they continue holding my money.<br><br>This has been happening every single month. I still have five months left on my contract with them, and I honestly don’t know how this will end. I have a feeling they’re going to cost me even more money.<br><br>At least it has been a valuable lesson, and my advice is simple: avoid this agency and choose a professional one that keeps its promises and does its job properly.<br><br>Hart Estate has been completely unprofessional in my experience, and I would strongly advise anyone considering them to stay away from them.. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am updating my previous review because the situation has become even worse.<br><br>I still have not received the money I am owed. For June, I only received half of the payment, and for July I have received nothing at all. Nobody seems willing to take responsibility. Every time I contact the agency, I am ignored or one person blames another. I have been told that my case has been passed to the director, but nothing has changed.<br><br>This is not the first time this has happened. Around three months ago, my payment was also delayed for about a month. The director only contacted me after I said I was considering legal action. I was given an apology and promised that I would receive the money soon, but it is disappointing that it takes that much pressure before anyone responds.<br><br>I have sent multiple emails and have received no reply. I feel completely ignored.<br><br>I even offered to let the agency keep their 6% management fee for the remaining six months of our contract if they would simply end our agreement, but they refused.<br><br>At this point, I am considering asking my tenants to pay me directly instead of paying through the agency until this matter is resolved. My tenants have also expressed that they are unhappy with the service they have received.<br><br>I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible, but based on my experience I cannot recommend this agency.

Compared to previous agencies I have rented with, the team has been so friendly, approachable, professional and genuinely helpful, which made what can often be a stressful process feel really easy. The team have always been quick to respond to emails and had good communication. Jason, the owner, took time to show me around the property on the move-in day including showing me where fire and carbon monoxide alarms are, explaining how to use the boiler and what to do if radiators are not working. I have not experienced this level of attention and care from previous agencies! I'm grateful for how smooth and positive my experience has been so far, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Davies Properties to anyone looking to rent/have their property managed. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel valued as a tenant!
17th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

25th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Ornella is proof that bigger isn’t always better when it comes to estate agencies.<br><br>I first contacted her after the agent with the largest market share in our area failed to sell our house after five months on the market. In contrast, Ornella marketed our property in May, and we completed the sale in July.<br><br>Not only did Ornella find a buyer quickly, but she was also there throughout the entire process, ensuring everything progressed as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Both we and the buyer used solicitors recommended by Ornella, and I believe that really helped to keep the conveyancing process moving quickly.<br><br>What I learned from the experience:<br><br>• Large estate agencies often have hundreds of properties on their books, so it's difficult for any one property to receive real attention. Different people conduct viewings, and there isn't always a single person taking ownership of your sale.<br>• With Ornella, you get one highly experienced agent who manages the entire process from start to finish. Because it's her own business, she is genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for her clients and is always responsive and available when you need her - including out of hours.<br><br>We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Ornella. Her professionalism, communication, and commitment made what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

As the new kid on the block looking to get a presence in the Crosshills area, he went above and beyond, communicated well at all times and always responded promptly to enquiries. He was professional throughout despite dealing with some tedious characters and slow solicitors. We would thoroughly recommend him and his team.
