Selling a property can be incredibly stressful, particularly when there are delays and complications further down the chain, but Owen was fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>He was always approachable, responsive and kept me updated, even when there wasn’t necessarily any good news to give. He went above and beyond to keep things moving and liaise with everyone involved, and I always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the sale completed rather than simply seeing it as another transaction.<br><br>The sale wasn’t without its challenges, but having Owen as the estate agent made a huge difference. He was professional, reassuring and incredibly helpful from start to finish.<br><br>A massive thank you to Owen for all his hard work - I really appreciate everything he did and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

From the very first phone call with Shabs introducing himself — full of energy and enthusiasm! — we immediately felt like we were in safe hands.<br><br>And most importantly… WE SOLD VERY QUICKLY! ????????????<br><br>The communication throughout has been fantastic. We had a group WhatsApp chat with Shabs, Grace, myself and my husband, which made everything so easy. We received regular updates and whenever we had a question, worry or one of those “what happens now?” moments, they were always there to answer, explain and reassure us.<br><br>Both Shabs and Grace have been extremely professional while also being genuinely friendly and approachable. 11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

After waiting for days with no contact, I chased it up and got told again they were waiting for viewing dates. One day later I checked and the property has been let.........<br><br>A few months back got ghosted too regarding viewing another property.<br><br>If this is their customer service at the very beginning, would you want to rent out with them?<br><br>Big fat no.

What really stood out was how personal the whole experience was — we never felt like we were just another sale or purchase. You were always there when we needed you, keeping us updated, answering our questions and helping everything along with such genuine care and professionalism.<br><br>Moving home can certainly have its stressful moments, but having such an amazing team behind us made such a difference. Tim was open and honest about a realistic sale price for our home and this saw it snapped up. Unfortunately there were issues with the chain below us and this meant the sale collapsed. Tim remained confident throughout that process with good communication and positive viewings. The new buyers sale went through without any issues. Would 100% recommend this company for letting or sales.
