(1 reviews)17th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)Christine from Darlows is. easy to deal with ,i cant belive my house is now sold subject to contract .for a price i am happy with all in around 30 days ,she really knows the area ,i think with Darlows even though there fees are a little more ,you are paying for the amazing diversity of contacts they have .I was really impressed with them ,i bought the house from Christine at Darlows Tonypandy and now sold with them .So i have seen both sides of the coin and am very impressed a 5 star service all the way
10th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)We’ve let a number of our properties, both locally (and throughout south Wales) via Matthew and his team at First 4 Rentals, for many years, and constantly received a professional, capable and friendly service. In over 25 years of dealing with various agents throughout Wales, First 4 Rentals is the only one I’ve ever been impressed with enough to write a public review. Their level of service, attention to detail, prompt communication and helpfulness is something that sets them apart from lesser agents. Over the years, Matthew has helped sort out everything that a remote landlord will encounter, and all with satisfactory outcomes, for both us, and the tenants. (We were always relived to know we had found a letting agent who supported and facilitated our goal of being a decent and fair landlord, always ensuring all aspects of the letting process were compliant, safe and secure for both parties) Additionally, their level of personal attention is exemplary. By way of example; we requested a swift turnaround on a vacant property in Cardiff city centre at then end of last week - today at 8am a comprehensive video inspection report arrived in my inbox! Having engaged and supported us with both sales and lettings, Matthew consistently delivers a first class service, and I have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone needing a trusted partner in what, for many of us, can be a challenging arena.
8th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)A week ago, we arranged a valuation visit with the Pontypridd office. They indicated that their Aberdare office handled Abercynon properties. Thinking it un-necessary, we didn't call to confirm this morning and when no one turned up I called the Aberdare office. The person assigned to do the valuation isn't in today and between the Aberdare and Pontypridd offices they failed to contact us. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Expected better of a well known company

Steven visited our home the following day and we had the required information within 48 hours. We would not hesitate to use Steven/Allen & Harris in the future and would recommend them. Thank you
27th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)My neighbour is selling her house with Peter Alan and as I’m looking to sell mine I contacted Peter Alan on the website. When they called I was driving which you could clearly hear. I asked if they could drop me an email so I could contact back with dates for a valuation. This is when the man I was speaking to got pushy and rude. Asking when will you contact, what days can you do, again I said I’m driving I can’t check my work calendar until I stop, again rudely the man started saying well we get booked up quick so when, again had to say I’m driving drop me an email and I will book in, I will sort when not driving but again pushing for appointment and very rudely said but we get booked up, in the end had to end the call as wasn’t listening and the attitude was ridiculous. Have no interest in dealing with them now.

1st Apr 2024 (25 days ago)Amazing. If we didn’t have to pay our solicitor the fees we would have given it to Emma instead! She went far beyond expectations, she chased our useless solicitors who were slow and delayed our completion due to not processing the grant of probate that they were sent in time. Emma made us feel less stressed by reassuring us that things would happen and did???? a great asset to your company and highly recommend as a result. Thank you so much.

11th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)I was very happy with the service from Tudball and co for a recent house sale. They had the cheapest fees of four of the local estate agents I asked to value my house, plus they valued the property considerably higher than the others. So it was a no brainer to go with them. I was a little dubious about the higher asking price they advised me to go with, but they were right and sold the property at the asking price on the first viewing. Very happy with the communication and customer service I received from them during the whole process.

11th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)CPS stood out for us because of their terms by not tying us to a fixed length of contract and their knowledge of the area. Especially good was that took our personal circumstances into account, making sure they fit things in around us and our baby.

It wasn’t until my contract ended and I chose not to continue that they actually promoted the house properly by which time I had to tell them they hadn’t removed it from advertisement as per my request. I wouldn’t use them again unfortunately

17th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY APPLY EXTRA COMPLETION CHARGES WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ON LEGAL PACKS MY SOLICITORS CHECKED ALL THIS WHEN IT CAME CLOSE TO COMPLETION I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £10,165. SCAMMING COMPANY AVVOID
