17th Apr 2023 (2 years ago)Christine from Darlows is. easy to deal with ,i cant belive my house is now sold subject to contract .for a price i am happy with all in around 30 days ,she really knows the area ,i think with Darlows even though there fees are a little more ,you are paying for the amazing diversity of contacts they have .I was really impressed with them ,i bought the house from Christine at Darlows Tonypandy and now sold with them .So i have seen both sides of the coin and am very impressed a 5 star service all the way

22nd Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.
25th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)Sold a few houses through Hoskins over the years, dealing with Ian, and always found him and the team polite, competent and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend their services for buying or selling property.

12th Dec 2025 (18 weeks ago)We’ve had an absolutely amazing experience with south wales letting. So helpful in our move to our new home and always kept us up to date on everything. The girls there are without a doubt amazing, would highly recommend.
16th Mar 2026 (29 days ago)This must be worst letting agents in south wales i applied for a property to rent and was sent a link.to.pay holding dyposit i explained it would be done same day but give me until.5pm as im traveling bk to wales from england as i was at relative funeral sadly on my way home throught no fault of mine my mercedes was hit badly on motorway by a drunk driver i was hospitalised for few weeks in bad way i explained to letting agents and they was so rude to me and abusive i even offerd them medical evidance despite this property still availsbile and i have ready funds to rent the property they lied to me and said it was rented for next two years but the house still.remains emty and viewings still.takeing place this agent has in last few days been reported to ombusman for there missconduct towards me and i want make public aware this agent are worst ive ever come accross they lie throught there teath verry dishounest and have no hearts more posts to follow on tick tock and u tube also i was paying 900 that they wanted but in fact the house is only valued by local agents at 675 pcm im single dad recently divorced sleeping on a two seater sofa and am absoultly desprate for a property for me and my daughter this agent needs be ashsmed of them selfs

Jonathan was incredibly kind, understanding throughout, which made a real difference. It was genuinely great working with him as the estate agent, and I would like to do so again in the future. I would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a professional and approachable estate agent.
2nd Jul 2019 (6 years ago)I just purchased a bungalow and used 3EA-Three Estate Agents Talbot Green. Brilliant. They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

1st Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.

He would be the first estate agent I’d recommend to anyone looking to sell their home. Steve is an outstanding agent who truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He accommodates viewings outside typical working hours, offers communication via WhatsApp, and will keep you updated with properties that meet your search requirements. His communication is second to none — something you just don’t receive else where. Steve is the most proactive estate agent we have come across, who is highly knowledgeable and genuinely invested in what you want in your search for your home. Whenever we asked for his professional opinion on properties, he was always open, honest, and clearly understood what we were looking for. I would 100% recommend Steve to anyone looking to sell their home.

A special mention to our case manager, Lewis Llewellyn. He is always prompt, responsive, and proactive. He helped resolve issues when our solicitors faced problems with the lender, arranging exception handling and ensuring quick disbursement of the loan. Highly professional and efficient.

27th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Tyrel, the estate agent who dealt with us, was absolutely fantastic. From the initial viewing right through to the day we received our keys, he was professional, polite, and incredibly helpful. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed about the property and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and easy. As a company, Chapman Properties have been great to deal with, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property. Shannon & Charley
2nd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)I've been looking for somewhere to move to in South Wales for a couple of months now and my experience with the various estate agents and landlords hadn't been great. From people not getting back to me, to virtual viewings that never materialised, my experiences had been completely frustrating. As my hopes began to fade I sent out an email to various agents outlining my requirements and explaining my difficulties thus far. In no time at all I had a call from Macy Chinn at the Pontypridd office of Peter Alan, who was understanding and sympathetic to my problems, and suggested a property that fitted the bill. Within 48 hours I'd had a video virtual viewing, agreed to make an offer to rent the property, and had filled a full application. At the time of writing this I'm waiting to find out if I've been successful but that's immaterial - I've been SO impressed with Macy and the Pontypridd office of Peter Alan for the way they've been polite, courteous, professional, and helped restore my confidence in estate agents. Thank you guys - and I really hope to be moving into my new home very soon.
