Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I was kept informed of progress throughout the sale journey and had considerable confidence that they were continually on the case and representing my best interests. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
18th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.
2nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser. They’ve gone above and beyond.
23rd Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)Took ages to resolve issues with the property including essential ones. Coming at the property every few months to take photos indoors, felt very invasive.

He was proactive throughout the sale process and responded quickly when needed. Would highly recommend him and his team for their professionalism and knowledge.

4th Sep 2026 (23 days ago)Rented a few properties from Phillips homes as had to down size. There was a few issues with the first property which was damp due to condensation. Asked for advice to remedy this and staff attended and gave advice on what I needed to do and how they could help resolving the condensation and now all is good. Unknowingly I wasn’t venting the property as I should which seams to be common with terraced houses in the valley. New Humidity Extractors were installed kitchen/bathroom. Problem solved. Can’t thank the staff at the office enough.<br>Great service even though they were extremely busy.<br>Thanks again ??????

My house was valued and sold within within 3 weeks. Very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to go with CPS again.

18th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Olivia Louise sold a property for me in summer 2026. Olivia Louise is by far the best estate agents I have worked with. Potential buyers were identified quickly and timely updates were provided throughout the process without me needing to ask or follow up. The staff at Olivia Louise were very friendly. I particularly liked the ability to communicate through different channels which made fitting the house sale process around a busy job much less stressful! I highly recommend Olivia Louise and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!!!

If it wasn't for the proactive, knowledgeable and empathetic approach, we're not sure the purchase would have happened. The service really was outstanding. They identified numerous viewers and marketed the house well, In a difficult and rather nervy market, they stuck at it and maintained the pace, showing numerous interested parties around the house each week. They responded to my enquiries quickly and appropriately and were always available for me to pop in and discuss any questions I may have. Kirstie looked after me well. She has found a real buyer and the sale is agreed. I am indebted to her for her excellent service. Thank you.

I was the buyer, Deborah, and David could not have been more helpful in dealing with all aspects of property purchase including conveyancing advice to a South Wales Company who were outstanding. The house sold quickly with three interested buyers which meant it sold for more than expected. Thai is a real asset to your team!- 16th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Our experience with Peter Alan's Whitchurch branch has been a complete disgrace. They are incompetent at best and purposefully dishonest at worst. They created such a mess of the sale of our property, they encouraged us to sell our house at modern auction in conjuction with their colleagues in I Am Sold, who also have an appalling reputation for losing both buyers and sellers tens of thousands of pounds. Eve Pearson of Peter Alan and our Auction 'specialist' at I Am Sold encouraged us to put our house up for sale £50k under budget and then tried to gaslight us into believing this was a good deal for us. Then, Peter Alan staff will shove as many viewers through your front door as possible, knowing that this entraps you into owing I Am Sold an insane fee of 4.5% from the sale of your house, should you want to sell your house to anyone who viewed it through them, for 12 months afterwards.<br>We had a prospective buyer who wanted to buy our house outside of I Am Sold due to their horrendous reputation and so we challenged the fee stating that Eve should have informed every single interested person of these terms, prior to booking a viewing, and Eve said her colleague was responsible for this and was thorough with every person he spoke to before letting them view our house. We later found out from that buyer that this colleague was brand new to the company and not only did he have zero conversations with the buyers ahead of the viewings, in fact the first time they ever spoke was when they met in person at the house viewing, but he even shared openly that because he was new to the company, he had no idea about auctions! Not only did Eve leave someone completely unqualified in charge of our property which she was supposed to be dealing with herself, but she then threw him under the bus to cover up her own mistakes.<br>While we've escalated our complaint to the Connells Group, both about the catastrophic handling of our property AND the sheer lack of integrity of the staff at Peter Alan's Whitchurch branch, we know that Peter Alan and the Connells Group are one organisation and therefore are incapable and unwilling to admit any wrongdoing. As such, we've had to escalate our concerns to the Property Ombudsman as we are alarmed by the gross misconduct perpetrated by the staff. I would strongly recommend avoiding Peter Alan at all cost to save yourself the dire consequences of their inept practice. Peter Alan wasted 3 months of our time, destroyed the value of our property and then just expected to quietly walk away and leave us to deal with the mess they created.
