They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and they even stayed overtime past their regular hours just to hand over my keys.Thank you so much to the team for doing their absolute best to help me! I highly recommend them.

Their feedback was always constructive and enabled us to adjust our approach to the sale, ultimately leading to a successful sale, in what was a difficult market due to UK and International economic factors.

From my very first interaction with David, I was impressed by his approach and professionalism. I felt confident straight away and decided there and then to entrust the sale of my mum’s property to the agency. Throughout the process, I had excellent interactions with David, Amie and Chloe. They are a very friendly, professional and customer-focused team, and it is clear that their family-run business takes great pride in providing a personal yet highly professional service. Although the property market was slow, David provided excellent advice and guidance on how best to move the sale forward and speed up the process. His knowledge, support and practical advice were greatly appreciated. I would like to thank David, Amie and Chloe for all their help and support throughout the sale. Their personal approach, professionalism and commitment to their customers really set them apart. I would highly recommend Park Lane Property Agency to anyone looking to sell their property. Very knowledgable as you would expect but friendly with it always on hand to offer advice in both rentals and selling. As they say “ you get what you pay for” you get more than what you pay for with this company. A pleasure to have watch them grow into what they are now .

27th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)These were not my agent but equally I have used WHB before and had a less than desirable experience. April- October 2026; This branch were obstructive, deflective and withholding of vital information in a 2 property chain that took 6 long and painful months. A buy to let buyer and my property at the end was empty!<br><br>Crucial information wasn’t divulged and WHB ignored phone calls&caused delays providing answers when we thought we were ready to exchange (multiple times).<br><br>That’s now 2 WHB branches that I’ve dealt with, that aren’t honest and have done a sub-standard job. The buyer at the bottom of the chain used WHB in-house advisor, and you might think this would speed up proceedings BUT it slowed everything down. WHB wouldn’t let anyone know what we were waiting for due to ‘GDPR’, when it simply turned out to be that there was a mortgage offer in place but the buyer couldn’t decide what they were doing, so hadn’t accepted the mortgage and had stopped all searches/conveyancing. This isn’t GDPR, this is openness and communication to the other clients in the chain. The other members of the chain have a right to know what stage the sale is at and if indeed they are willing to wait based on the facts!<br><br>I honestly think if WHB were a different agent this sale could and would have gone through in 3 months. They cost me money and stress. So I will always avoid them and anyone using them going forward.

Amazing Service from Kerry!<br><br>I honestly cannot thank Kerry enough for everything she did for us!<br><br>From start to finish, she made the whole process so quick, smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond to do everything possible to help us secure the house we really wanted, and thanks to her hard work and dedication, we got the house we wanted which we are genuinely so happy and excited about!<br><br>What really stood out was how kind, approachable and supportive Kerry was throughout. Rather than feeling like we were dealing with a letting agent, it felt like we had a friend by our side, helping us through what could have been a really stressful situation.<br><br>She genuinely cared about helping us achieve the best possible outcome, and that personal touch made all the difference.<br><br>I couldn't recommend Mantlestates highly enough. Chris in the lettings department deals with all our tenancies and is fantastic. To the point, no flannel, gets the job done and is honest. William in sales has also been very helpful in what we have asked. Would recommend.

Jason , Millie , Sarah made me feel welcome and not just a number.<br>They made an appointment to view my property and soon came back with a draft of potential expectancies. Within no time at all I had viewings and a tenant. I couldn’t ask for a better service.<br>I was kept up to date with progress and everything went smoothly. Glad I choose Noble and would highly recommend these guys, if you want a first class service with polite and friendly staff and great communication these are the team to go with.

2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)We userd a few estate agents over the past 2 years to find our forever home and have to say Daniel Frank have been far the best from the first point of call to book a viewing it was easy, efficient and very quick.<br><br>Meeting Frankie straight away we truestd him and his straight talking no bull honest, professional manner and advice.<br><br>After placing the offer and being excepted the process was made easy by Frankies constant communication.<br>This was so reassuring for us as we'd had previous let downs and bad experience.<br><br>We as a family would like to thank him and his team for making this happen for us and should we decide to move again will definitely go straight to Daniel Frank Estates.
