10th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Very happy with the team at Malixons in a tricky market!
8th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)The apartment was moved to another estate agent after 6 months as the buyers were not able to complete on their offers. I feel the listing was not properly promoted soon enough after the warning signs from failing buyers was evident. The home could have sold sooner at a lower price point but information about the state of the market was not made clear for to me to make an informed decision earlier.
20th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)They are great at being proactive with selling your property. They don’t rely purely on online advertising. They have a database of prospective buyers. They brought in a lot of potential buyers. They communicate well and provide feedback after every viewing. They respect your property. A friendly and professional team.
29th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)The only issue we had was the poor service from a 3rd party supplier to arrange for the photographs and floor plan, the latter was consistently wrong and ended with me having to take a floor plan into the office

28th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Paula was enthusiastic and easy to communicate with. Sale went smoothly.Would recommend Jukes and Co and Paula
15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Sal is the best agent I ever had, very professional, helpful and quick to respond, highly recommended!
8th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Wasted trip to a viewing. Booked with Kingsbury but the vendor wasn't informed and no estate agent showed up to do the viewing. The vendor happened to be at home and putting out their rubbish. I spoke to them and they said they had not been informed of any viewing booked. When I called the office, got the response 'I'm on a skiing holiday right now, why don't you knock on the door and ask the owner if you can look around'. I informed them that was a dangerous and ridiculous thing to ask a buyer to do. He then said, 'it doesn't look like anyone is coming to do the viewing and I can't get through to them as they are all doing viewings'. Waste of time.
27th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)Simon Darvill and Rian Formon assisted us with the sale of our property in Crystal Palace. Whilst it was a challenging process through the pandemic, they both did a great job and provided an ultra-professional service. Many thanks
11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Very nice customer service nice prices and very nice and clean houses I’m very happy and satisfied with everything If u looking for a house or a rent room in my experience I recommend 100% this agency 100% professional and secure
12th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)This outfit appears to operate a voicemail only service. I must have phoned 20 times and no one answers. Very frustrating.
1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am happy to talk about my experience with Hunters. Michael Silk and Sam Jamani are exceptionally helpful , wonderful and professional. I must give credits to Michael who stood by me when I had a gas leak , called the gas company and stayed up to midnight sorting out the problem.. He also chased them to finish the job completely. It is very important to have reliable people especially I am living abroad Michael and Sam helped me to find an excellent tenant and they were professional , patient and take the calls outside their business hours. All the respect to you. Most appreciated.
29th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)Paige was super responsive and easy to communicate with. She listened to my needs and matched me with a great property. I felt Paige met my vibe at the viewing and I'm super grateful for her help.

26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)We've been renting with Northwoods for 2.5 years and they're fantastic. We were in another property and when that landlord sold, they were extremely supportive about helping us into another property nearby. They always go above and beyond to help, are quick to service issues and really friendly. Special mention to David Hackshaw for being the best! After 10 years renting, they are without a shadow of a doubt the best agency I've ever had and after many subpar rental experiences, they have restored my faith in agencies. Thank you, Northwoods!
2nd Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Excellent estate agent both Mark and vipin are simply the best.
12th Sep 2021 (5 years ago)I would like to Thank Salman Gillani for his help in introducing me to rent guarantee scheme. I have many properties where i was having problems with tenants, receiving rent and many other issues. But Heaven Estate agents helped me a lot and has made the whole renting out properties a stress free process. The team is great at communicating with any issues or any problems that may need fixing within the properties. Would recommend if you would like a stress free experience.
27th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Scot was professional attentive and I felt always doing his best for me. The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.
11th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)We appreciated engaging with Hestia‘s, whose down to earth, responsive, transparent, and friendly approach was refreshing compared to other estate agents we have dealt with in the past. In particular, Nick (our main contact) was very helpful.
22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Useless company. Don't trust what they say
4th Oct 2026 (29 days ago)The team at Carter Rose has always been great to work with - keeping me and tenants informed. They went above and beyond to rectify a problem following a leak and property damage at my rental property this year - supporting me and the tenants alike and sorting a range of issues in under a week.

Giving it was a stressful time I could not have hoped to work with a better partner than Marcus and the team and so grateful to keep working with them.
31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
22nd Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Mark was brilliant. Honest land responsive. Would highly recommend him.
31st Oct 2026 (2 days ago)We had a good managed from them
He was friendly, and excellent service
Recommended 100%
