Wayne came in for a valuation and provided great advice and guidance, arranged all the paperwork swiftly so we could put our house on the market within a very short time. Him and Aron managed viewings and kept is informed throughout. We got and offer we were happy to accept in less than 2 weeks of being in the market which was really important for us. They are very responsive and proactive in arranging various details as we progressing through the sale conveyancing. Very pleased about choosing them to sell our property.
4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Nicola & Grant were both very helpful throughout the instruction and marketing stages, though once a buyer was found we felt the follow-ups regarding chasing of the purchaser & his solicitor was lacking somewhat, otherwise this review would be 5*. Having said that, once completion dates were being mentioned they were helpful in making sure that all parties involved were singing from the same hymn sheet. It was also new to us that the purchaser paid their fees rather than us as a vendor, which, whilst unconventional in the general property market, has apparently worked well for them for a number of years & was definitely a bonus to us. I would certainly use them again.

The team was incredibly helpful, supportive, and genuinely dedicated to selling our property and securing the best possible price. We would not hesitate to use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them to others, as they truly deliver on their promises—and then some.

1st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Bola the director has the worst attitude I’ve ever come across from an estate agent. Passive aggressive and rude and also the adverts for 0 deposit aren’t true and they force you to take out a guarantor service even though you meet or exceed salary requirements for a place. Bola Needs a serious attitude check, he should be embarrassed about the way he’s running this business, extremely disappointed by management team

It starts with availability, reactivity and transparency. Each time I contacted SLM for a problem, a question, or documentation request, I had someone to talk to, immediatly or during the day. When one has properties under management in London, problems occur regularly. Within the frame of the law, SLM has always shown flexibility, adaptability and creativity at solving problems. 5 stars for David

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. 23rd May 2026 (27 days ago)Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Avoid. They raised my rent by 25% and never acted on maintenance issues i would raise. Typical slum estate agents, dingy flats and dodgy fees.

10th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)POOR MANAGEMENT and failure to provide Full tenancy file including the documents of All referencing documents or confirmation that none was sought Guarantor documentation or confirmation that none was sought Inspection logs or confirmation that none are available -one after 9mths-much damage to the property All compliance certificates and dates of service -failure to issue the correct and necessary documents to the tenant resulting in a void section 21 Complaints handling records - failure to respond to complaints Internal notes relating to the tenancy Copies of all communications with the tenant They redress scheme membership details - YET TO KNOW IF THEY BELONG

2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I was highly recommended by a close freind of mine of a newly sited independent estate agency in the heart of South Croydon for the sale of our properties. I cannot express enough to anyone in using Marriot Vernon without a doubt. The expertise, knowledge guidance and the transparency. The beginning to the end is a complete story of helping in any avenue of assurance and comfort. There is no hidden, minute clauses, charges, percentages and tied into wrangles of advertisement of a sale in there contracts or promises which other agents do. This is a an agency what they say they do the end. They are open to competitors and I know fully well they command a prestigious elevated position, which one is drawn too. Anyone out there thinking of selling it is a home to a home, team effort and work ethos. Within 2 weeks of advertisement of the sale of our property I had an offer right through completion that's a result! Straight forward and no hidden agendas. Try them you wont be disappointed I am glad I did so thanks to my freinds recommendation and now I am highly recommending you.
