I felt so supported and well looked after. Highly recommend!" It took less than a week to find a tenant too.

1st Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

During what I can only describe as the most difficult of house selling journeys. From start to finish they have been friendly, approachable, personable, contactable, reactive… the list could go on! I couldn’t have picked a better agent and words don’t do the level of service that they have provided justice…! Vicki and Helen have supported us through the process and been instrumental in making it quick and straightforward. They had viewers lined up before our house went on the market resulting in it selling on the day it went live!<br><br>Family members had also recently made a purchase through VLS, and we had been extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge Helen had when showing that property.<br><br>We made use of the complementary mortgage advice from VLS Mortgages and Kirsty has been brilliant, providing all the advice we needed and quickly updating our mortgage offer when rates briefly came down. Charlotte was also great in explaining our life insurance options and securing the policy for us.<br><br>We would not hesitate in recommending VLS to anyone looking to sell their property!

They kept me updated whenever new information came through, which made what can be an incredibly stressful process so much easier. In particular, Becky, who was assigned to our chain, was fantastic. She provided me with a weekly update throughout the process, which gave me real peace of mind and meant I always knew what was happening.<br><br>Every member of the team I dealt with was friendly, professional, helpful and genuinely seemed to care about getting everyone through the process as smoothly as possible. Without a doubt, Adam Purnell Estate Agents are one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.<br><br>I have since recommended them to friends and family, and I'm delighted that some of those I've recommended have gone on to sell their properties through Adam Purnell's as a result.<br><br>They may be more expensive than some other estate agents, but in my opinion, they are absolutely worth every penny. So we had him back to sell our family home,which we’ll be moving out of in 3 weeks time. This sold in 6 days. I’ve no doubt this is down to his knowledge and hard work,but also being on hand to answer Any questions ,and guiding us through the whole process was invaluable! Would certainly recommend.
