Renting a property for the first time and decided to use Connells. Their Leamington Spa branch has been absolutely wonderful and I could not fault them for a single thing.
I had Mary help us with the process and she made everything so easy. Any questions we had she was happy to answer, did so incredibly fast and was lovely during the whole process.
Thank you so much Mary, you are honestly wonderful. Thank you so so so much!!
The manager, Selina, is also fantastic! She was really sweet and did everything she could to help us.
I would 100% suggest to anyone looking for a property to use Connells. Their team is second to none.

Connells Letting Leamington Spa are dishonest, condescending and manipulative. They treat their tenants with disgust.
Their customer service is disrespectful and patronising. Suffered in person on many occasions and as a witness to other tenants whilst in their office. Unfortunately, this is the nature of their office. It exudes through every level from management to the agents. Many complaints have been lodged, but to no avail. Management fail to see the problem and so the poor service continues.
Initially agreed to a 6 monthly rolling contract only to be told on renewal that the landlord wanted a 12 month contract with 2 month break clause! Beware of the verbal agreements as they're only interested in getting a signed contract.
Landlord tried to claim for damages and cleaning from our deposit without good reason. End of Tenancy checkout report stated very good level of cleanliness and was 'as per check in inventory'.
We took them to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) to recoup the deposit and the adjudicator awarded us the full amount. Recouping the money was not the aim it was the principle of the matter.
Connells hide behind the view that they are acting on behalf of the landlords and are powerless to their demands. However, they fail in their duty to advise them adequately on practical matters. This often leads to unnecessary additional costs for the landlord when cases are brought to the TDS.
Instead of penalising good tenants, perhaps listen and treat us with respect and you may retain some.
