22nd Feb 2026 (20 days ago)We completed on a (complicated!) property mid-December, via Jay and Shari at Jackson Stops. Jay was the agent and Shari the senior property consultant. It is an old, beautiful and complicated property and Shari was amazing to cut through some of the issues to get there - knows her stuff. Would highly recommend
5th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)From first meeting Michael from Fisher German at valuation stage and then Joshua at negotiation stage supported by Toby we were so impressed with their skills and communication which concluded with a successful and speedy outcome. No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
28th Nov 2025 (15 weeks ago)AVOID GILSON GREY. No issues with the estate agents, but if they recommend Gilson Grey as your conveyancer, don't do it. I've never met a more useless bunch of "professionals". I've spent more than 2 weeks and 30 phonecalls trying to get someone to send in forms for my LISA deposit, a 5 minute task. Can't complete my purchase until then.
24th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)The biggest waste of money I have ever spent, why are estate agents more expensive than solicitors? Walking in the Nantwich office is awkward, nobody looks up and addresses you until they are ready. Calling the office goes straight to answer phone, prospective buyers complained they couldn't get through to book an appointment. Floor plan wasn't even included in the price and isn't really needed in that detail. Just thankful I won't be using them again.

4th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)This review is nothing to do with a house sale but purely a thank you and an acknowledgement for the kindness and care shown to myself when my husband became unexpectedly ill near to their office today and the paramedics had to be called. The staff here were so kind to me helping me find a safe place to park our car, offering me support and even taking our 2 dogs into their office to care for them while I stayed with my husband. I do not know anyones individual names but we are both extremely grateful for your help in what was a very stressful situation for us.

The whole process of applying for a tenancy, viewings and dealing with the organisation of a lease can be very stressful but Helen was extremely helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the services of Fisher German.

Special mention for Steph who was my main contact, she was unbelievable. Kept me updated at all stages, was professional, understanding, supportive and also great fun too. I have already recommended Steph to a close friend who has shared similar experience to myself. OUTSTANDING

Ryan was professional, knowledgeable and very approachable throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, talked me through the current market conditions in the area, and provided honest, well-reasoned advice rather than just telling me what I wanted to hear. The valuation felt thorough and well researched, and I never felt under any pressure at any stage. Communication has been great, and the overall experience has been smooth and straightforward from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ryan and the team to anyone considering selling in the area.

5th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I am just sold a house through Latham Estates, I just wanted to share my experience . Debbie and the team ( special mention to Aimee ) are really great. The whole process from start to finish has been excellent. I was kept up to date regularly on the progress and the team contacted the solicitors in the chain as well as buyers and sellers , which was great and meant information was always accurate and timely . I would highly recommend using the services of Latham Estates if you expect great service and helpful people.

I have never worked with a company who are so professional yet 100% supportive and caring. Fran, Debs and their team are there for every step of the way, never a call not returned promptly even after office hours. A complicated sale made easy for us because of their skills.
