While we didn’t end up purchasing from them, they were excellent during our viewing process and were extremely communicative and prompt. Alan even went out of his way while he was on holiday to organise a viewing for us and to answer any questions we may have had. We’re super grateful for that. His relationship with his sellers is more like good friends than clients and it shows that he really cares for the person on the other side. We highly recommend him and his team and hope to work with him again in the future.

The recent house sale went very smoothly & the consideration with which Look dealt with the tenants was reflected in their being obliging during a process that had no advantage to them.

29th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)We have been very happy with Filtons. They were the property manager for a flat we rented in London. The communication throughout our stay was excellent and timely. Any issues we had were addressed quickly (service technicians, etc were sent to attend in a very timely manner). This was much appreciated as we came from a place where it took ages to get responses or issues resolved. They wouldn’t assume the issue was always resolved, but followed up through email or phone call to make sure the issue was resolved.<br><br>The deposit was returned quickly without hassle and I felt any deductions were very reasonable (which isn’t usually the case).<br><br>If we rented again in London, I would be happy to have filtons be the leasing agent. As well as if we owned and were renting a flat out I would be happy to have them handle the management for us.

It is especially notable that we have been supported by the same people (Carl, Robert) over the years, which is rare and really helps with knowledge retention long term. They are very professional. 8th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)The property we were living in, how on earth that passed any living condition or health and safety regulations is beyond me. Absolutely disgusting conditions they allowed us to live in, with a landlord who took absolutely no interest in the problems we raised. Constantly getting electrocuted by appliances, a shower that was cold for the entirety of our stay, drug dealers living below us who also were responsible for the maintenance of our apartment, multiple times waking up at 4am to someone beating on the door below us trying to wake up "Poland" and only for city move to say there's nothing they can do and to speak to the council instead. Terrible communication when moving in. Changing our move in time with the landlord but not telling us. Having us move into a property with sick in the sink so neither city move or the landlord checked that the property was cleared out before we moved in. The only saving grace is that they automatically signed us to a new contract allowing us to terminate our lease early. Avoid at all costs unless you are absolutely desperate and the only alternative is homelessness.

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. I highly recommend City View Property to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property management team. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. We will miss you and the house!

This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring agency.

He has been friendly, professional and incredibly responsive throughout both the move-in process and our tenancy. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and he consistently went out of his way to help whenever needed. 4th Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

We had a couple agents over who were similar in values however, Dan saw the value in our home and came in with a much higher valuation in comparison to theirs. He backed it up by arranging a couple off-market viewings for us and subsequently, found us our buyers without the need to go online to market. The communication was excellent and Dan pushed the sale through in just over 5 weeks. We couldnt have done it without Dan and will always be grateful for his service when selling!
