He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, always patient, responsive, and happy to answer all of our questions.<br><br>Jonah made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier and smoother. We really appreciated his professionalism and support from start to finish. Highly recommend Jonah to anyone looking to rent a property!
14th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I am writing this based on my experience dealing with an agent at Century 21 London Central regarding a serious water leak from a property they manage.<br>A leak from the flat above caused significant damage to my flat, including damage to the ceiling, walls and flooring, with further cracks appearing in several areas. The source of the leak was subsequently confirmed by a Westminster Housing technician.<br>I first informed Dusan about the matter on 21 June. Since then, I have had to repeatedly chase for progress:<br>9 July – followed up for an update<br>14 July – followed up again<br>20 July – followed up again<br>21 July – contractor visited the flat to inspect the damage<br>28 July – followed up again<br>3 August – followed up again<br>On 3 August, the contractor confirmed that he would prepare the quotation that evening and send it to the agent the following morning, with the intention of arranging the repair as soon as possible. I heard nothing further.<br>By 12 August, I had to chase again. The agent then emailed the contractor asking for the quotation. This was despite the agent having already asked the contractor for the quote on 9 July and again on 29 July.<br>As of 14 August, almost eight weeks after I first contacted the agent, I still have no quotation and no date for the repair.<br>What is particularly disappointing is that I have repeatedly had to chase both the agent and contractor, rather than seeing the matter actively managed through to resolution. From my perspective, it feels as though the responsibility is simply being passed back and forth, while the damage to my property remains unrepaired.<br>The situation has also developed further, with my tenant reporting electrical problems after the water spread through the flat, including repeated circuit/fuse tripping and lights no longer working. This makes the lack of urgency even more concerning.<br>I understand that the leak itself was not caused by the agent. My concern is entirely with how the resulting problem has been managed. I would expect a professional property management company to take ownership of a serious maintenance issue, communicate properly with all parties and ensure that necessary repairs are progressed within a reasonable timeframe.<br>I am also a landlord myself, and I take the condition of my property and the wellbeing of my tenant very seriously. I would never allow a repair issue like this to be left unresolved for this length of time. Based on how this matter has been handled, I would not use the agent and Century 21 London Central to manage my property, as this level of management could damage the landlord’s reputation and potentially expose the landlord to complaints, liability and legal action if the property is not properly managed.

They keep void periods to an absolute minimum through systematic, well-organized procedures.<br><br>Recently, when I was too busy to check my inbox, Cem Fat proactively reached out via WhatsApp so nothing fell through the cracks. Both Cem and Ria Toovey went above and beyond to get the property ready for new tenants on a very tight schedule. I truly appreciate their dedication and proactive communication—thank you to the whole team!

We have now sold the property through them and the sale process was smooth. We are happy to reccomend them.

The process of selling our flat and buying our new property was as smooth as could be.<br><br>From the initial viewing to putting our place on the market, arranging viewings and advising us on the best way forward, we felt completely reassured by the team’s professionalism.<br><br>You can tell they are an independent agency because Nathan and Oliver take extra care with their clients. Both have a deep knowledge of the current market, are incredibly responsive and put us in a strong position to manage both our sale and purchase simultaneously.

5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

1st Sep 2026 (21 days ago)I had such a seamless referencing and handover experience with Docklands Estates. Moving house is usually stressful however this time the least stressful part was dealing with the Estate agents. They went out of their way to make it as hassle free as possible for me and judging by the other reviews, this seems to be the ethos. It’s very refreshing . I moved a month ago and that level of service has continued into my tenancy. They deliver a very bespoke style service where it’s not just a sale and you’re forgotten about. I would like to give a special credit to Laila who has been managing my property. She has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect and honestly I can’t thank her enough. Things aren’t always perfect in a move, but Docklands have always been there and at hand ready to help and resolve if I’ve ever had any potential issues on my side, rather than me stress out or feel alone handling it. Other estate agents could definitely take a leaf out of their book. Everything is also handled with the upmost professionalism which I like, but with a friendly tone. Thank you Docklands, and Laila for your hard work and doing what you do ??
2nd Sep 2026 (20 days ago)Unprofessional, discriminatory and inconsistent practices at the Streatham branch.<br><br>I have had an extremely poor experience with this agency, stretching back over a period of 4 years. Years ago, they showed me a property but rejected me purely because I was receiving some benefits at the time, completely ignoring the fact that both my partner and I had excellent salaries and stable employment.<br><br>Fast forward to recently: we applied for a property managed by the Streatham branch priced at £2,300 per month. Our combined household income easily exceeds the standard UK affordability threshold (£69,000/year, which is 2.5x the rent). Despite our strong financial position, the staff rudely moved the goalposts and insisted we needed a guarantor.<br><br>When I offered two valid guarantors, they claimed that one single guarantor had to earn over £82,000 a year to qualify.For comparison, I have viewed properties worth £2,500/month elsewhere that only require a combined household income of £72,000. It feels like they are intentionally fabricating impossible criteria and wasting people's time.<br><br>I strongly believe we were targeted and treated unfairly because we are foreign nationals. Avoid this branch—they are rude, unprofessional, and apply double standards depending on who you are.<br><br>Many people in the community have warned me about them, and now I see why. Absolute joke of a company.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!
5th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I had a viewing booked for 3:25 pm and had travelled around 1.5 hours to get there. Before 3:00 pm, I called to let the agent know that due to Underground delays, I would be around 15 minutes late.<br>I was simply told that the viewing could no longer go ahead and that I should rebook for Monday or Tuesday, with no attempt to accommodate a slightly later arrival that day.<br>I understand that being late can affect their schedule, but I gave more than 25 minutes’ notice because the delay was outside my control. After travelling such a long way, I found the way this was handled extremely inflexible and disappointing.

Not only do they always answer our calls but they are constantly checking in and making sure we are happy with our rental. Really take the time to check in and make sure we are happy and well sorted.
