12th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)I had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member named Scott during a property viewing. Unfortunately, I found his manner to be quite patronising, dismissive and, at times, rude.<br><br>At the beginning of the viewing, I attempted to shake his hand but was completely ignored. While inside the property, I tried multiple times to speak to him and ask questions, but he would frequently walk away while I was speaking or respond in a very passive-aggressive and dismissive manner.<br><br>The overall interaction made me feel as though my questions and presence were an inconvenience rather than that I was a prospective buyer genuinely interested in the property. I found the way I was spoken to unnecessarily condescending and unprofessional.<br><br>I was genuinely disappointed with the experience, particularly as a property viewing should be an opportunity for prospective buyers to ask questions and feel comfortable engaging with the agent. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I received.

22nd Aug 2023 (3 years ago)If I could give 0 star, I would. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides. Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for. After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us. In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already.The more of us the better.

She was unbelievably helpful and very kind. Even drove my family to the first viewing. If I ever need to find somewhere to live in stratford again I would go straight to Manuela.

I honestly don’t think I would have been able to complete the purchase without their support and guidance.<br><br>They helped me every step of the way, always making sure I understood what was needed and supporting me whenever I had questions or concerns. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication made such a huge difference throughout the entire process.<br><br>I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did to help me finally buy my home. 9th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Terrible communication and zero response for 2 months I have been asking the lettings team for two months regarding a broken door closer at my property, and I have been completely ignored. Agents have a legal responsibility to maintain property fixtures, but this agency completely ghosts tenants once they've moved in. If you are looking for a reliable managing agent that actually responds to repair requests, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Extremely disappointing customer service.

Mo made the whole first time experience of selling my home straight forward and easy, he got me a buyer quickly and kept to the timescales that he set out for sale and completion with regular updates on the progress which I was pleased with. I would recommend EweMove to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. 20 out of 10 service for sure.

The team takes care of everything from coordinating the tenants, handling repairs, inspection, ensuring compliance, and collecting the rents without consulting me unless they need to make any decisions.

27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I had a fantastic experience dealing with Thomas from Stirling Ackroyd. Although I ended up finding a property through another route, Thomas’s dedication stood out. Unlike other agents I’ve had to constantly chase for updates, Thomas was incredibly proactive, he even called me while he was out in Canary Wharf just to check in and help with my search. When I told him I had finally found an apartment, he was genuinely happy for me. It’s rare to find an agent so willing to help.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!
