It was absolutely blinder viewing multiple flats on Tuesday evening, making an offer to one of the flats next morning, starting paper work on Wednesday afternoon and got it completed Friday afternoon. During the process, he even replied to me late evening. I really appreciate his hard work.

Our experience with Chase Evans was terrible. Despite having a good sales team (thank you Saleem Akhtar), most property managers offer zero support whenever you have an issue. We had a one year contract but left the flat as soon as the six-month break clause allowed us because we were completely ignored every time we had a problem - despite paying almost £1,700 in rent per month. Once, when our boiler broke and started leaking - causing damage to our flat, as well as those below, and creating a fire risk - the emergency service told us to go and sleep at a hotel at our own cost. A complete joke. And the issue was only sorted thanks to the building's management because, almost 24 hours later, Chase Evans had done NOTHING to help us, but only made us suffer, leaving us without water in the flat. In six months, we changed five or six different property managers and every time we called to report an issue, we were told the property manager was on break or having lunch. Most of our emails and requests got ignored. Getting the deposit back took almost three months and we had to keep emailing them to finally get someone to look at our deposit. Only thanks to Muhammad Carr (thank you for your help), we eventually got most of it back. It's a shame because they have nice properties, but the service is absolutely shambolic. Avoid.
