The recent house sale went very smoothly & the consideration with which Look dealt with the tenants was reflected in their being obliging during a process that had no advantage to them.

He was super helpful with all of our needs during our time there and always went above and beyond if we had an issues or questions. When I am property searching again I will certainly contact Adam to help with my search.

22nd Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Hawks, in particular Jasmine, was fantastic. I bought the second flat I viewed. Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. 16th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I booked a viewing last week and this morning checked the online listing, which was still showing the original price. However, when I arrived to view the property, I was informed that the price had been increased at the last minute. While I understand that online listings can change, surely a basic courtesy would be to contact prospective viewers to let them know about any price changes, so they can decide whether they still want to attend. This felt like a complete waste of time. Furthermore, their website claims that all rooms are en-suite, but in reality only one room had a proper en-suite bathroom. The other six rooms only have showers and no toilet facilities, which is very misleading. I strongly urge the management to be more transparent and respectful towards potential tenants.

Tobias and Irina were both brilliant - thorough, quick to respond and on top of every detail. They kept us in the loop at every stage, chased things before we even had to ask, and made what's normally a stressful process feel easy. Their local knowledge of E20 is brilliant too - they know the area inside out and that made a real difference in helping us find the right place. They even put us in touch with solicitors who were just as good to deal with - and the whole thing went so smoothly, which isn't something you can usually say when buying a property. Genuinely professional, honest and a pleasure throughout - felt like we were in safe hands the whole way. Can't recommend Tobias, Irina and the team highly enough. Five stars from us and a big thank you for getting us into our new home.

Shanique took the time to truly understand our needs and, impressively, came up with feasible and well-matched options in a very short time. This made the entire experience not only efficient but genuinely enjoyable. What stood out most was how relaxed and comfortable the whole viewing process felt. Shanique wasn’t just showing us properties — she gave us a comprehensive understanding of the surrounding area as well. She thoughtfully introduced us to nearby facilities such as gyms, swimming pools, and other local amenities that are essential for our future lifestyle.
