3rd Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)We rented a property in Chingford from 1 February 2026 through Claremont Estates. Zak and Mafiz acted as a great bridge between us, the landlord, and Goodlord. The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

Moving house can be an important and sometimes complex process, and his support helped make everything much easier and more organised for us.<br><br>We would also like to thank Aysha and Haydar for their excellent support during the pre-tenancy and contracting stages. They were always helpful, responsive and professional.<br><br>We felt very well looked after throughout the process and would happily recommend Winkworth Hackney.

Terri, our Property Manager, was always very responsive and friendly.<br><br>We had a good experience with SA as a letting agent. They were especially helpful in supporting us - alongside our landlord - to deal with mould caused by issues in the broader building.

10th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)My partner and I have had a nightmare with this estate agents. From the second we were accepted on our flat everything has gone very wrong. Mehmet and Reg are virtually impossible to get hold of and once you do get hold of them they don’t deal with the problem for days/weeks. We went to move into our property and found the flat completely filthy depsite them saying theres been a deep clean. We also have now discovered our carpet is infested with moths and had a they had put another peice of carpet over the top to cover it up. The landlords are completely innocent in this and is all down to poor organisation, communication and management from reg and mehmet . Would not recommend this company.
1st Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had such a seamless referencing and handover experience with Docklands Estates. Moving house is usually stressful however this time the least stressful part was dealing with the Estate agents. They went out of their way to make it as hassle free as possible for me and judging by the other reviews, this seems to be the ethos. It’s very refreshing . I moved a month ago and that level of service has continued into my tenancy. They deliver a very bespoke style service where it’s not just a sale and you’re forgotten about. I would like to give a special credit to Laila who has been managing my property. She has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect and honestly I can’t thank her enough. Things aren’t always perfect in a move, but Docklands have always been there and at hand ready to help and resolve if I’ve ever had any potential issues on my side, rather than me stress out or feel alone handling it. Other estate agents could definitely take a leaf out of their book. Everything is also handled with the upmost professionalism which I like, but with a friendly tone. Thank you Docklands, and Laila for your hard work and doing what you do ??

2nd Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I could not be happier with Johns & Co, and in particular Anthony Norton and Rhiannon Howard! They made what can often be a very stressful process so much easier. They were incredibly responsive throughout, even while on annual leave, and consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving. It felt like they were doing the job of my solicitor as well!<br>Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to meet Rhiannon in person when I collected the keys to my flat, as she was in a meeting, but she truly deserves special recognition for all of her hard work and support.<br>As a first-time buyer, I found the whole process incredibly stressful and frustrating at times, but Anthony and Rhiannon were there every step of the way, providing reassurance and chasing things whenever needed.<br>I'm now officially four weeks into my new home, and I couldn't be more grateful. A huge thank you to everyone at Johns & Co, especially Anthony and Rhiannon. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

From my initial enquiry, Carolina was very responsive and proactive, which made such a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful process. She really listened to what I was looking for, gave helpful advice throughout, and was always quick to follow up.<br><br>The whole process was incredibly smooth, quick and efficient, and I’m so pleased to have ended up with a flat that feels exactly right for me. I only wish I’d found Carolina and the agency earlier in my search!<br><br>Would definitely recommend.

2nd Oct 2026 (14 days ago)We userd a few estate agents over the past 2 years to find our forever home and have to say Daniel Frank have been far the best from the first point of call to book a viewing it was easy, efficient and very quick.<br><br>Meeting Frankie straight away we truestd him and his straight talking no bull honest, professional manner and advice.<br><br>After placing the offer and being excepted the process was made easy by Frankies constant communication.<br>This was so reassuring for us as we'd had previous let downs and bad experience.<br><br>We as a family would like to thank him and his team for making this happen for us and should we decide to move again will definitely go straight to Daniel Frank Estates.
