Made us feel very comfortable and overall top bloke.<br>Clare was helping us move forward once offer was accepted and she was brilliant, kept us constantly in the loop and chasing both solicitors for answers.<br>Overall great experience with Maddison Fox.

24th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.

What stood out most was his calm, steady communication especially when things got messy from the seller’s end. Geoff never over?promised; he just consistently delivered the updates we needed at the right time.<br><br>He made sure all the final steps, access arrangements and handover were organised properly, without any last?minute chaos.<br>A genuinely dependable agent who does his job quietly but effectively.<br><br>Highly recommended.

Within 24 hours of viewing the first property recommendation, David had our offer accepted. The communication with David, Alison and Ben has been amazing- It's very hard to come by such accommodating, genuine agents, who truly go above and beyond for their customers. If ever we come to sell our current purchase we would definitely choose VC Estates over any other estate agent.
