11th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Martin was absolutely brilliant from start to finish of our house sale. He consistently went above and beyond to chase the buyer and her solicitor and kept us in the loop throughout the process. It was a real pleasure working with him and we really recommend Fyfe Mcdade.

10th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Poor service - initial queries were ignored and and I was stood up once I’d finally arranged a viewing, as the agent hadn’t bothered to let me know that the let to the property was already agreed. Do not waste your time on them.
15th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)Very pleased to recommend Daniel Rose Residential Ltd. They have rented and managed my property in Islington for the last two years now. They always provide an excellent, proactive service both to the tenants and to the landlord. I have rented my property out now for over twenty years, and the service I receive from this independent agency is by far superior to the larger agencies I've used in the past.
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

1st Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Extremely unpleasant lady on the phone. I phoned for assistance or guidance because the second leaf of the door in my building wouldn’t unlock for the delivery of a big item. Her tone quickly turned annoyed despite my best attempts to explain the issue, treating me like an idiot who can’t use my fob when the matter I raised had absolutely nothing to do with it.<br>She then grumbled that the office is closing soon (which is a fair point but it isn’t like I had any control on the time of the delivery when it occurred). She ended up telling me to raise a complaint the next morning and hung up without even a goodbye.<br>I appreciate that as the reception/admin person, she cannot provide assistance but it is her unprofessional attitude and rude tone that are simply not acceptable.

We were selling the flat and it was quite a complicated process because of cladding work and it took us many years, but James and his team were always very supportive and responsive. Overall very good experience.
11th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Blake Stanley charges illegal fees to incoming tenants.<br><br>If you are a landlord, I would implore you to consider using a property manager that respects tenants rights and doesn’t squeeze them every tenancy renewal for fees that they know are illegal - they strong arm tenants into paying them anyways as they know the process is complicated to contest.<br><br>Context: I received a decision today from the First Tier tribunal Property Chamber (residential property) ordering Blake Stanley to refund the £64 charged.<br><br>This was charged under the auspices of a “change of tenant”, but there was no change of tenancy when a 12 month agreement comes to a close and new tenants move in!<br><br>I know this seems like a small amount of money, but consider that they pressure every tenant of every property they manage, anytime a contract renews to pay this. It’s illegal for citizens to steal from businesses, so please let’s not allow shady, fraudulent and immoral businesses like Blake Stanley steal from us.<br><br>For other tenants that BlakeStanley has stolen from, please consider reporting them to the First Tier Tribunal and get your money rightfully returned.

Their team have always been friendly and helpful whenever we've had queries with the flat, and always been on hand when repairs have been needed. Their communation is promt and clear, welcoming and approachable, and the two property managers we have been liaising with recognise us whenever we've needed to stop by for some admin or to drop papers off. A really personable service, and a lovely and refreshing change compared to previous agencies!

13th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.
12th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.
