They have been realistic about market rents & have always successful.<br><br>Lauren, administrator for references, contracts etc is quick & efficient.<br><br>Zia & Dani managers of the Camden office reply to all calls & are always ready to give advice on how to sort out problems with tenants.

1st Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had such a seamless referencing and handover experience with Docklands Estates. Moving house is usually stressful however this time the least stressful part was dealing with the Estate agents. They went out of their way to make it as hassle free as possible for me and judging by the other reviews, this seems to be the ethos. It’s very refreshing . I moved a month ago and that level of service has continued into my tenancy. They deliver a very bespoke style service where it’s not just a sale and you’re forgotten about. I would like to give a special credit to Laila who has been managing my property. She has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect and honestly I can’t thank her enough. Things aren’t always perfect in a move, but Docklands have always been there and at hand ready to help and resolve if I’ve ever had any potential issues on my side, rather than me stress out or feel alone handling it. Other estate agents could definitely take a leaf out of their book. Everything is also handled with the upmost professionalism which I like, but with a friendly tone. Thank you Docklands, and Laila for your hard work and doing what you do ??
27th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)If I could give no stars I would. Will, who said he was the manager of the two Hackney branches, really could not manage a rice pudding. He was enthusiastic until the sale was agreed and then didn't want to bother with any communicating thereafter. He gave the clear impression that he just needed to sit back, do nothing more and wait for the commission to role. He gave clear indications that he did not have time to try and help progress the sale because he was too busy trying to make other property sales. I came away with the definite idea that Dexters work on agreeing as many sales as they possibly can and then do nothing thereafter and keep their fingers crossed that the sale completes. They work on quantity of sales and not quality of service. What Will does not take into account is that buying and selling is very stressful for the buyers and sellers and part of the agents job should be to be very active in progressing the sale and keeping in communication with other agents and the buyers and sellers until the sale is complete. Avoid listing your property for sale with Dexters to avoid disappointment.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to getting the best possible result.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout, and I was always kept up to date at every stage of the process. They went above and beyond to make what can be a stressful experience feel as smooth and straightforward as possible.<br><br>The sale was handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish, and I really appreciated their hard work, dedication and attention to detail.<br><br>I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property. Really lovely genuine people.<br><br>Gabriel has been the outstanding person to onboard with in our new rented flat. I’m thoroughly impressed with his communication, touching base regularly and work through any initial questions. Such a great human. The level of support as a tenant has been the best I’ve experienced in all my 15 years renting in London.<br><br>Finding a place to live can be one of the most stressful things to do. Not with this team! Thank you.

When you walk in and see their office has been done up to resemble a plush London club and they are all dressed in three piece suits you immediately know they are "a cut above". Their highly personalised advice, support and guidance was invaluable.

They treat you as a person, are very knowledgeable and have extremely good customer service skills.<br><br>I have worked with them for a few years now and have found the team work with integrity and honesty.<br><br>They provide an excellent service for landlords, tenants and vendors looking to sell properties.<br><br>They also have a very good commercial portfolio.<br><br>Definitely worth speaking to them.

They have helped us in managing our tenants and also the upkeep of a new build development of 8 Flats. I can't recommend them highly enough!!<br>Thanks Guys.

Not only do they always answer our calls but they are constantly checking in and making sure we are happy with our rental. Really take the time to check in and make sure we are happy and well sorted. 10th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)The manager Gavie carried out a valuation at my mother’s property and unfortunately the experience was far from professional. Myself and my mother found his manner rude and dismissive, which was particularly disappointing given that this was an important and stressful decision for my mother.<br><br>I also didn’t feel that he demonstrated the level of knowledge you would expect from someone in his position. We were left with very little confidence in the advice being given, he significantly under valued the property.<br><br>It is important to note we had the property valued by another local agent a couple of days later (which took my mother a lot of convincing after this experience) who valued the property at a price we believed fit the property and they brought us multiple offers within the first month and we completed yesterday!<br><br>If you do chose to get a valuation from this agent, I would STRONGLY advise to get a second opinion.

Dean is professional, knowledgeable and responsive, and we really appreciated his honesty and genuine approach. We felt we could trust his advice and that he always had our best interests in mind, rather than simply trying to secure a transaction.<br><br>He is always generous with his time and a pleasure to deal with throughout. We would have no hesitation recommending Rooted to others and would absolutely look to work with them in the future.
