The entire process was transparent and clear, with no grey areas. Having had a different experience with another agent in the past, I knew I would appreciate this. John not only spent a lot of time on the central aspects of the purchase, but also supported me with the preliminaries (e.g. finding the right insurance). Thanks also to the whole team. They have always been really friendly ,helpful, and easy to deal with. Anytime I’ve needed anything they’ve been there and the service has always been great. Would definitely recommend.

8th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)We had 5 estate agents come round to value our property and Matt was the number 1 choice for both me and my sister, head and shoulder above the rest. He’s worked tirelessly with viewings and marketing the property. Is always available if needed and on the very rare occasions that he wasn’t he returned our calls within the hour. He knows the market intimately and unlike other Estate Agents he doesn’t give you smoke and mirrors, he is open and honest and we have an excellent working relationship. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. 6th Mar 2026 (20 weeks ago)I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. I was searching for a studio flat for a short-term let and contacted the office several times. Unfortunately, my calls were either rejected or I was told I would receive a call back to arrange a viewing, which never happened. When I did manage to speak with someone, the level of professionalism was disappointing. The agent I spoke to seemed uninterested in answering basic questions and the conversation felt very dismissive. One Saturday late last year I decided to visit the office in person. The shutters were down, which seemed unusual during opening hours, and through the window I could see a member of staff asleep on the sofa. After that, it became clearer why my calls had been going unanswered. Overall, the experience left a very poor impression and felt quite unprofessional.
