Other estate agents wouldn’t even give her the time of day but they made her feel valued and respected and in the end she got what she wanted. Couldn’t recommend Bryan Maher more! 11th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. After five years, I expected honesty, professionalism and clear communication. Instead, I received contradictory information about our money and experienced unacceptable treatment over the phone. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company.
28th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Despite my experience took place 8 years ago, I will keep posting it to let other people know the truth of how they organise business here. Their response was false, I have not received any legal action against me as they know this has happened. The police had informed the person not to contact me via any channels.
The people in charge called my number after he clearly addressed in email that all my personal info has been deleted from their server. He threatened me to delete Google review through two phone calls by saying “ your are a xxx( my job title) at xxx( my work place address), I know where you live. “like a gang. I was forced to report his threaten to The Metropolitan Police, and I have been asked by the police to call 999 immediately if he calls me again or show up at either my property or work place.
Terrible attitude towards customers. One of them made an aggressive phone call and forced us to make a choice. He threatened not to provide any services to us after being refused. First time in my life. Awful experience!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
Accepted my offer on a house and assured me the vendors would not "guzump" me.
After spending a few thousand on legal fees and mortgage broker fees, they tell me the house was sold to someone else.
DISGRACEFUL.
10th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Poor service - initial queries were ignored and and I was stood up once I’d finally arranged a viewing, as the agent hadn’t bothered to let me know that the let to the property was already agreed. Do not waste your time on them.

From the outset, Farooq was professional, warm and courteous. His knowledge of the local area, combined with his extensive experience with similar properties, gave us complete confidence that we were in safe hands.
He wasted no time in securing an offer for our property, and we completed the sale well within the national average timeframe. Throughout the entire process, Farooq was attentive, knowledgeable and always kept us informed.
I would highly recommend Farooq and Glen Hall to anyone looking to sell a property in the New Southgate or Arnos Grove area. An excellent service from start to finish!

Jay was amazing and extremely professional. He has great knowledge, kept on top of everything throughout the process, and was always there to help and answer any questions.
I would highly recommend Infinity Property and Jay, Kam and Satish to anyone looking to buy, sale or rent a property. Fantastic service from start to finish!
14th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)After my rental fell through at the last minute, Bradley was extremely helpful in finding me a new flat. Within a few short hours he had a few suitable options for me and within 48 hours an offer was accepted! What a relief, I couldnt recommend him highly enough!
13th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)This is a terrible agency, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I arranged a viewing in NW9 and spoke with one of their agents, Alexandra, who confirmed that I should be at the property at 3:00 PM. I even arrived 10 minutes early.
However, despite the rainy weather, no agent showed up. Usually, an agent is there to guide you through the viewing, even if the tenant is still living in the property. Alexandra was completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I waited there until 3:30 PM, trying several times to contact her by message. She told me that the tenant would open the door, but nobody answered.
After waiting another 10 minutes in the rain, I still received no help. Alexandra later claimed that the tenant had left, which made the whole situation even more confusing. I travelled all the way from SW18, which took me around 1 hour and 20 minutes each way, so this was a complete waste of my time.
To make matters worse, when I called the agency, the lady on the phone was rude and blamed me for being late, even though I had arrived early. In reality, the agent herself failed to show up. In London, transport delays can happen, and professional agencies usually wait at least 10 minutes for clients. Instead, I was treated unfairly and spoken to disrespectfully.
I would absolutely not recommend this agency to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, their communication is poor, and they are highly unprofessional. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

13th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Sonia Estates could not wait longer than two weeks after my husband’s passing to start their plot to scam me. Informed me that minor repairs needed to rent after the contract expired. No deposit money given to me as they retained it! They ran up 8000 pounds( 12,000 pounds is what they demanded initially) worth of non existent repairs without my permission.
When I disputed it, they secretly rented out my home and had no intention of informing me about it, nor of paying me rent!!
They also had the secret idea of letting the home out to Capital Living who would charge us a commission, and Sonia would very kindly keep collecting another 7 percent commission too! This was only revealed to me after months of questioning Sonia Estates.
They then threw away all of my furniture and asked me for an additional 15,000 pounds to furnish it again! So, they tried to make almost 27,000 pounds from the death of my husband!
Sonia Estaes lied to the Ombudsman who accepted their lies that all of the above arrangements were agreed upon by me over a phony phone call! Even though I won the case, they were asked to pay me only 150 pounds!
They now keep getting my Google review deleted!

In a challenging market, Eli got us a good price for the house (when other agents had been quite negative in this regard). He worked hard to smooth over the inevitable issues that came up and we felt that first and foremost that he had our best interests at heart. We can wholeheartedly recommend Eli G Estates.

12th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional.
I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

Akash recently helped me sell my property, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. He was highly organised, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly carried out thorough research before offering advice - everything was backed by insight, rather than guesswork.
His communication was excellent throughout the entire process: responsive, transparent, and professional. What impressed me most was the personal service. Unlike my previous experiences with larger high-street and franchise estate agents, I never felt like just another client. The difference in the level of care, attention, and expertise was genuinely noticeable.
