17th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Go out of your way to avoid this agency, we have been landed with the landlord from hell who has painted over mould, left us without a working shower and let themself into the property without any notice.<br><br>Although this is not the agency's fault, it shows there is no vetting process in place before they take on clients. As well as that, they have been zero help in aiding us in contacting our landlord who we simply cannot get hold of and may have vanished off the face of the earth for all we know. If I could leave zero stars I would.

25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Massive thank you to Sara Godman and Janene Haynes for helping me with the process of purchasing my first property. Sara had a lot of patience and gave a lot of attention to detail when taking me through the viewings. She had a good understanding of exactly what I wanted as a customer and worked alongside me to find a suitable place to live. Sara and Janene were also very helpful throughout the rest of the buying process. Janene worked hard during the sales progression and was very good at keeping me updated and well informed. They were both very helpful, attentive and supportive. Great customer service, I highly recommend.

A big thank you to the assigned estate agent, Izzy Blatch, for the friendly induction and swift paperwork. Everything was as smooth as it could get, both when settling in and when vacating the property.

He went above and beyond for us, always very honest in his communication, no games and worked non stop to get us to the end line. From our first contact with Nick Griffiths through to exchange of contracts he has been there to advise, been completely professional, easily contactable and good humoured through a slow process. He is supported by an equally excellent team. I thoroughly recommend them.- 5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I need to express that buying a home is one of the most stressful things I have ever gone through, but it would have been entirely more stressful if not for Stuart at Grants Addlestone. He was honestly great throughout the process. He was always reassuring, offering great advice, and generally going above and beyond to help where possible. I dunno if I ever will go through a similar process again, but I'd be more than happy to rely on Stuart again if I did.

22nd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I would like to echo the praise of the most recent 5 star reviews for Katie and her team at Emsworth in selling my bungalow which has been difficult and ongoing for over a year and previously with other agents.<br>The team have always been very helpful with advice and with quick updates during the progress of the sale.<br>Many thanks to Katie for her help and support when it was needed. It was much appreciated.<br>Thanks too to Julie for her liaison with the online solicitors and for keeping me up to date promptly. To Joe as well for advice on various aspects and also to other members of the team.<br>You were all so friendly and I would definitely recommend the branch.

7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)**SHOCKING ESTATE AGENT** Absolutely abysmal service from this estate agent, quick enough to move you in then when there is a problem they’re no where to be seen. Had non stop mould problems with the property we rented and when we finally managed to consult them about this issue it took MONTHS for someone to even visit and do a damp and mould report… the estate agent tried to blame me for the mould issue which is unbelievable! When I received the report, they clearly HAD NOT read it because it says there is insufficient ventilation in the property and a part of the wall had a poor air brick therfor allowing water ingress. Also noting the fact that one of the ventilation fans didn’t work, also mentioned in the report. Then they started to blame the tumble drier, which was supplied by our landlord and was letting off “EXTREME” levels of humidity… None of them have a clue what they’re doing… and now I’ve got no furniture due to the issues as I’ve had to throw it all out. They basically lied us off to say they don’t care. As the report said “all proposed works should be undertaken”, None of the proposed works except the tumble drier inspection was carried out, and even that proved useless so we requested a second inspection for the mould and tumble drier to which we were told NO! The landlord I don’t think was the issue, it was solely down to the uselessness and lack of care from the estate agent, specifically Lisa.<br><br>USE THIS ESTATE AGENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

29th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)David Harvey and Penny at Martin and Wheatley were a breath of fresh air in the sale of our childhood home .<br>Direct , honest , straight forward , efficient , calm , attentive and knowledgeable .<br>I mostly dealt with David who from start to finish was always professional , kind and as I said very straight forward making what could have been a very difficult process completely manageable .<br>I would highly recommend Martin and Wheatley to anyone wishing to buy , sell or rent .Their Ethics are clear and intact .<br>Thank you . Jamie who looked after us through the whole process couldn’t have been more pleasant and easy to deal with, super quick with getting things sorted and always there when we needed him, A* service!

Communication was excellent throughout, and being able to chat via WhatsApp made everything so easy and meant I was always kept up to date. Nicole was brilliant from start to finish—patient, accommodating, calm and responsive and always happy to answer my questions, making what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. I’ll strangely miss checking in with the team! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
29th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Incredibly unprofessional estate agency, absolutely zero help, used for my first rental property, where I found myself doing all of the work and fixing issue after issue left to me. Thinking I would see the back of them once I moved in I powered through, however this was not the case, Our payment methods were switched and I had to beg for a week to get the banking information of their own estate agency! Making my first payment late.The property I moved into was handed to me in a disastrous state which was a problem in its own right. I recommend this estate agency if your a fan of headaches and panic attacks. Avoid at all costs.

Alex and Daisy were enthusiastic and knowledgeable and within 2 weeks we had an offer on our house. The communication throughout the process has been excellent. We would highly recommend AR Real Estate.
