24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Seymours in West Byfleet during our house search, and in particular with Louis Ridge- Mullen who showed us around a number of properties in the area.<br>Louis has excellent knowledge of the local area and clearly has great relationships with sellers. He took the time to understand our needs, preferences and dislikes very quickly, which made a real difference to our search. Rather than having to endlessly scroll through Zoopla, Louis was able to proactively send us properties that he knew would genuinely interest us, making the whole process much more efficient and enjoyable.<br>He was always personable, professional and incredibly helpful. On a couple of occasions we ran late for appointments, and Louis was very understanding and accommodating. He also always asked after our daughter, which was a lovely personal touch and made the experience feel much more genuine and welcoming.<br>We really appreciated Louis's approach throughout what can otherwise be quite a stressful process. Their professionalism, care and commitment made such a difference throughout our move, and we always felt we had people in our corner.<br><br>Tracy deserves a special mention. Quite honestly, she did a better job than our conveyancer at keeping things moving and making sure we knew what was happening. Her persistence, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile were outstanding.<br><br>A huge thank you to both Tracy and Craig. If you’re looking for estate agents who genuinely care and see things through, we would wholeheartedly recommend Johnson and Jones. Five stars, thoroughly deserved!

Tia was our main agent and was absolutely fantastic throughout. She was really patient with us, took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and suggested some additional local properties alongside our preferred one. The whole process felt smooth and straightforward, and everything after agreeing the property was efficient.<br><br>I’d happily recommend Seymour’s Prestige - Tia in particular was amazing.

Selling or buying the market can be tricky but they went above and beyond to ensure everyone involved – the buyer and the solicitors – played ball. They made sure nothing was too much trouble and their communication throughout was excellent. 19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Sam Jones property manager totally mishandled my situation. On multiple occasions he purposely withheld information to keep tenants liable for ridiculous charges. Absolutely appalling service and borderline illegal practices. My experience with Sam and leaders has put a sour taste in my mouth and has left a giant problem to solve with no support from the body that was supposed to be looking after the situation. Save yourself time and effort and go with another agency.

Once we had the offer we were passed over to the office. Stacey and the team were who we were buying from and I would say we had so much communication with her, we felt if we could have, they should have had the commission!

We’ve had a few difficult experiences with other managing agents in the past so are delighted with the service we have received.<br><br>They are professional, responsive and, most importantly, they actually listen to their tenants and make you feel looked after. Whenever we’ve had something that needs addressing, they’ve been helpful, approachable and quick to resolve.<br><br>It’s such a relief to have a managing agent who genuinely cares about meeting their tenants’ needs and making the whole renting experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>By far the best managing agent we’ve rented through, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent!

Before we put the house on the market, they came round and walked us through the numbers for our area: what similar houses had sold for and the sort of buyer who was actually buying locally. It meant we went in with a realistic price and they knew exactly who to market it to. They were right on the price and right on the buyer.<br><br>They found someone quickly, and from there they kept on top of everything. Whenever things got difficult along the way, they went the extra mile to keep the sale moving and get us to exchange.<br><br>Good people who know their market properly. We'd definitely use them again.
