18th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I've been blown away by this fabulous company from the initial valuation to completion. Madison came out took all the photos and property was listed quickly on Rightmove. Photos were fab. I I was lucky that my proerty sold quickly. Then came Jake who dealt with things once a sale was agreed He was just a SUPER STAR. Chasing all parties, daily updates. He was the one who kept me updated at all.times. He was always very professional and such a lovely kind person. I would highly recommend this company and.wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Why pay thousands.of.pounds when we have this fantastic company on our doorsteps, at a fraction of the price.

8th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Amanda at Abode was so helpful , friendly and informative from the start. I also had dealings with Lynn, Ann and Rachel who were also very helpful. I would recommend Abode as an Estate agent as staff were always accessible by phone or email if we had any queries.

31st Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Kirsty who works in Prescot branch. She helped me so much, I was nervous, upset and worried of how I was going to get a new home. She explained every step of the journey, telling me not to worry all the time, she kept updating me daily on the progress and made me feel happy, regardless of how many times I text and rang her she was always willing and happy to help. I am not at the moment of moving in my new furniture, which I am so relieved and the process as been quick and now I can finally get some sleep. All the staff in the branch where very helpful at all times. Thank you all for all your help. Especially Kirsty who as helped me throughout in a lovely pleasant manner and smile. You our very lucky to have such a amazing employee. Thanks again Jane

13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)This is a review of my experience trying to rent, not of renting through the agency.<br><br>Over the past month, I've had quite a few experiences with random agents, and my experience speaking with Collby was one of the best.<br><br>What I personally appreciate is the transparency around the room/house - he doesn't pretend everything is perfect; he lets you know how things are.<br><br>And when asked questions about the property etc... you get straight up answers, and they are always replied withing the same day - unlike with other agents that beat around the bush and avoid hard questions.<br><br>And all of my questions were answered, in contrast to other agents at different companies, which usually try to fit you in their little sales funnel with their little form that usually makes no sense.<br><br>I ultimately didn't rent because the position of the room in the house wasn't right for me, and the second room had a roof window rather than a window in the wall.<br><br>And although I haven't rented through the agency, based on my experience with Collby, I would give them a shot and see how the rental would go.

As I was out of town during the sale, they went out of their way to help by arranging cleaning and resetting the electric meter. They gave honest advice about not spending money on unnecessary improvements and always responded to my emails promptly.<br><br>A reliable, helpful and professional team who made the whole process much easier. James is all friendly when it comes to wanting to sell your house and get your money but as soon as the sale has gone through and the buyer has an issue with the house they are no help. They are telling me I am going to court because of a dirty house and I will be paying all of the legal fees because he thinks my house was dirty. The house was not dirty, if the house was not up to the buyers standard then I don't feel I should be paying for the house to be cleaned professionally, that is their opinion and if they want that then they should pay for that. I fell very unfairly treated and being threatened by James and Candor that I am going to court regarding this feels like I am getting bullied into paying for something I don't need to. James and the team will come across all nice and helpful while they want your money but as soon as you are done they won't be all nice and helpful anymore. Do not trust and stay far far away!!
