Ann went above and beyond to reassure the seller of the house we were buying that we were working as quickly as possible to get things resolved. It all worked out in the end. Huge thanks to Ann for keeping things on track and going above and beyond, and to Ian for his help at the start and throughout. Highly recommend using Sellect Homes.

Jon offered lots of guidance that I didn’t get from other prospective estate agents.<br>Then to the team, only one viewer and thanks to Olivia who showed them round an offer was made a couple of days later and within a few weeks.<br>The support I received throughout the sale, namely Danielle, Katie and Alicia was nothing short of superb!! From the first phone call, they were incredibly communicative and proactive.<br><br>What blew me away was their speed— I needed to move in fast and HLGB moved at a lightning pace, arranging a viewing and getting the keys into my hands in under 24 hours. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, helpful, and understanding of the urgency.<br><br>If you want an estate agent who actually gets things done efficiently, look no further! Hanah, Ellie and team have been excellent in serving the tenant notice and helping to prepare the house for sale. They have gone out of their way by finding suppliers to fit new flooring and help with the deep clean. 17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
