Really personal service from the start, with quick responses to any questions and genuinely helpful advice throughout the whole process. What stood out most was the attention to detail and how efficient everything was behind the scenes with all the admin and governance side of things. They made something that could have felt quite stressful feel really straightforward and well organised. Everyone we dealt with was approachable, supportive and easy to get hold of, and you definitely get the feeling they care about doing things properly rather than treating you like just another customer. Would definitely recommend

8th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I had an amazing experience selling my property with EweMove, our estate agent, Joe, was very professional and friendly; he promptly responded to any queries and his colleague, Giovanni, was also great at communicating with stakeholders in the chain when Joe was briefly out of office. Joe was able to effectively support us through the sale process, he was very proactive in speaking with people who viewed our property and when we had an unresponsive conveyancer in the chain below us he played a key role in our sale progressing for our onward purchase. I will definitely be using EweMove for any future sales and would highly recommend them :)

8th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I wouldn't call it a positive experience. There was an apartment we wanted to rent, so we requested a viewing appointment. The agent arrived and let us into the apartment, but when we asked for details, she couldn't answer any of our questions. There was no proper tour or explanation of the property. It was obvious that she could hardly wait to leave. There was no professionalism at all. The whole experience felt awkward, and she wasn't helpful in the slightest. We told her what kind of property we were looking for and asked her to take down our details and contact us if any other rental apartments became available. She didn't seem interested at all—she just wanted us to leave as quickly as possible. No one has contacted us since then. I wouldn't call her a real estate agent. It was a terrible experience.

I am glad I did, the team were efficient and organised and obviously specialists in this area. I had so many viewings, I lost count and now, only weeks later, I am sold, subject to contract!
