9th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)I have just brought a house through pattison lane kettering, from being shown the property with Tiana I knew I was in good hands, she was very honest about the property and didnt give us a hard sale which is very off putting from other estate agents, she gave us time to consider the property with out pressure which was so refreshing, she also did her research on the property and was so informative, she could answer all my questions on the spot. Then Jo and Sadie from the sales team where absolutely fantastic, it was a stressful chain but Jo and Sadie saved my sanity, took so much stress off me and kept on top of chasing the chain for me. They even called me when I was in the new property to check everything was OK and to wish me luck in my new home. All round fantastic service from you three ladies, I couldn't be happier and if I ever move again I will not hesitate to use pattison lane kettering. Thank you for your amazing work ladies! We absolutely love our new home and will be highly recommending yourselves to everyone.

Her communication was faultless throughout and she made mine and my partners journey of buying our first house feel so much smoother and easier. Georgina understood what we were after when originally viewing properties with Spencer’s and sent us listings based off what we mentioned to her… we in fact brought a house she had sent to us rather then ones we were seeing online! Georgina always went above and beyond for us and nothing was ever too much hassle, She is such an asset to Spencer’s and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy!- 29th Mar 2024 (22 days ago)Great team. 9th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)After 4 years of residency's at this property, the way you responded to any issues regarding with the property's function, was unbelievable disrespectful, insulted and totally disregarded. It took 2-3 months to fix an issue, which was required 5 minutes work.

We had our first appointment with the Mortgage Adviser, Almantas who was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He was friendly, we felt very comfortable talking with him and he answered all our questions. Highly recommend.
12th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)The team at Osprey are far ahead of the other agencies when it comes to the propoerty rental experience. I've lived in rented homes for almost 30 years and the landlord/agent is usually hard work. But not this time. A special shout out to Charlotte for her approachability, knowledge and professionalism... and also for really understanding the rental experience from both the landlord and the tenant's points of view. Highly recommend as a trusted agency.

8th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)I chose Chelton Brown to manage my portfolio based on personal recommendation and my own research. I had a short-list of two agents in the town that I felt stood out as being serious about the lettings business. So many estate agents seem to see lettings as easy money, but are not dedicated to a service model as distinct from the large one-off commission on property sales. Before committing I met with the Managing Director and key people that would support me, my properties, and of course my tenants. 3 years later I continue to grow my portfolio and feel justified in choosing Chelton Brown.

Glenn called us and then met us at the property, he was exceedingly helpful ,explaining all aspects of rental, and the process clearly.
