4th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)From the initial valuation visit, and throughout the sale process, Matthew & Richard at Coopers have been excellent in every respect, providing a professional, friendly and courteous service and acting with sensitivity and sympathy when we lost our mum during the process.<br><br>Matthew even went the extra mile in helping us to move some furniture around ready for the photographer to visit.<br><br>The sales pack was highly professional and was quickly tweaked to address a couple of minor comments we had<br><br>Their communications have been great throughout; timely, informative and not overwhelming, and they managed the delay in the process waiting for probate to be granted very capably.<br><br>I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling property in and around Market Harborough.

Reasons for it is he generally listens to exactly what’s you’re looking for, what’s in budget and will give you more than one option. Darryl was brilliant and if I could I’d be awarding him more than 5*. He won’t let you down!
3rd Oct 2026 (29 days ago)I can’t say anything other than they are a WONDERFUL team who have almost become like friends over a 6 month, very tricky sale of our house. They were so pleasant, communicated well and went out of their way to make sure our sale through. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I want to thank Shanya who even went out to a viewing one evening when we were away. She is so smiley, friendly, and incredibly efficient! Jo the manager again has such a warm personality and was always reassuring when things got unsettled with our vendors. Steff was great too and although came in later on in our sale, was always “on the case”. Can’t forget Mike either who valued our property in the beginning and was very good at explaining the whole selling procedure to us. They are a wonderful team and I would recommend Spencer’s to anyone selling a house in this area.

We loved the very first house they showed us and put in an application, which was processed quickly and efficiently.<br><br>The team were thorough and prompt with every reply, and guided us through each step of the process. We've now got the keys to our new home and absolutely love it. We're so excited to start this new chapter in Stamford.<br><br>Would recommend to anyone looking to rent!

We then switched over to Simpson west and managed to sell the property in under 2 weeks. It has been such a quick turnaround, I would whole heartedly recommend their amazing service. Sanjay was amazing and really provided that level of care!

Someone was always ready to help on the phone and they helped smooth things over when solicitors were taking longer than expected. Very clear communication throughout. We were happy with our listing, and very pleased to have moved and be in our new home! Would definitely recommend and use again.

She kept me up to date and was very accommodating when I asked for any additional information.<br><br>Although there were several delays with the buyers side on my previous property, Krishnaa remained calm and professional and even passed on my apologies to the vendor as I was very conscious my side was holding up the completion.<br><br>We got there finally and I am very happy in my new home and would recommend Krishnaa and the team at Sell My Home for sure, thank you all
