24th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)My wife and I purchased a property in Horncastle advertised with Brown & Co Lincoln, the experience throughout the purchase was excellent. Originally the property was sold subject to contract, I asked if it 'fell through' please contact me, it did! Voila, we got it. I must single out Zoe, who was on the ball and an excellent connunicator, as were all I had contact with. Great service. Regards Victor and Lynn.

21st Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Our property was valued in March 2025 by Argyle. We did realise this was higher than two other local Agents, but Argyle had been recommended to us so decided to go with them, albeit at a lower price than the valuation. Their terms and conditions, photos and video was superior to other Agent's examples. Our property was individual in its design and Argyle were the only Agent who took this into consideration on the valuation.<br>Our property took a long time to sell and we lowered the price again when it sold quickly. Unfortunately that fell through further down the chain, but it sold again fairly quickly. Our chain had a difficult buyer further down, but we found that Helen worked tirelessly to see this to completion. The phone was always answered quickly and calls were logged in such a way that others in the office could always answer the queries even when Helen was not there.
2nd May 2024 (2 years ago)Difficult market for our price point with no demand currently due to the uncertain global macroeconomic backdrop, interest rate cycle and outdated property purchase administration. Looking forward to all being on the blockchain so we can remove the legal middlemen

The selling side is good, communication not often the best in certain areas but the sales team do their best- 30th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Well bought our house through Lovelle’s Elaine was our main contact along with Jasmine when Elaine was on leave. They were both extremely helpful with Elaine going the extra mile on chasing down on our house sale. I said it to her a few times that I wished she was selling our house as she seemed much move proactive than our estate agent. Thanks Elaine and Jasmine
31st Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Living in Bridlington and having to sell my parents property in Louth I was unsure of which estate agent to use , however , I just recalled that a board with "John Taylor " on had been outside my grandparents property way back so I decided on that. What a great decision that was, John Taylor have been exceptional from day one to completion, always at the end of the phone with help and advice, great communications as to when viewings would be ( the property was empty and the keys left with John Taylor, and a great understanding that this was not just a house sale to me but the sale of my family home for the last 69 years, the house I grew up in and called home for all those years. I cannot fault them in any way , the only word I can use is "exceptional" Special thanks to Anne who was outstanding , she is a star. kindest regards to all at John Taylor and many many thanks . Experienced zero support even when I tried to discuss strategy to ensure better interest in my property. I feel I wasted 16 weeks with little communication or care. Glad to be moving on with another local agent who has already proved themselves to be much more engaged with the seller than I experienced with Hunters in Horncastle.
7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)We honestly can’t thank Choice Properties enough for everything they have done for us.<br>From the moment we decided to put our home on the market, we felt completely supported.<br>We put the house on the market on a Thursday, had a viewing by Saturday, and had sold it by Monday, something we never expected to happen so quickly!<br>But what really stood out to us wasn’t just how quickly they sold our home, it was the care, communication and reassurance we received throughout the entire process. Selling your home can be such an emotional and stressful experience, but Hannah and Eloise were there for us every step of the way. They always kept us updated, answered every question we had, and went above and beyond to make sure everything kept moving forward.<br>They were also fantastic at acting as the middleman between ourselves and the solicitors, helping to keep everyone communicating and giving us reassurance when things felt a little overwhelming.<br>They genuinely made us feel like we mattered, rather than just being another sale. 5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)TES took over from Hunters just after I had given notice to Hunters and after having to stay with them for 16 weeks, all of the office staff changed almost overnight. I thought rather than go back to square one I would see what they could do. By that time my partners sale completed (21 April) and I have to admit I took my eye off the ball as we were very busy with workmen etc. However the communication was very little. I had one lady view in that time but she had not sold herself. She did view a second time but turned out to be a time waster. No-one senior ever spoke to me about any plan. I asked about an open day perhaps and was told the market for bungalows was just not there. I am now sorting out another agent who is due to photograph and do a floor plan today. Fingers crossed.
