9th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Terrible service - we called the office as we could not find the flat we were supposed to view(we had the postcode but no number for the road was provided), lady on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, kept saying that they had a lot viewings already booked for the flat and did not help at all. In the end we did not attend the viewing as we could not find the flat. Avoid.

Our year of renting through Cornerstone has been remarkably smooth, characterized by quick - if not same-day - repairs and maintenance. As of late we’ve been dealing with Stacey at the branch who is THE BEST agent we’ve used! Nothing is too much trouble, if she says she’s doing something it gets done and all with a lovely attitude! I’ve recently had a property with an awkward tenant and she was there to help take action every step and get us back on the right track! Lovely young lady and a credit to the branch!! Thank you.

10th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)Tried to arrange a viewing. Viewing only available on a certain day at a time i could not make, due to working. Didn't seem interested in trying to work with the seller to accommodate a suitable time and date i would be able to attend. Surely it would be in William H Brown's interest to work with both parties to secure a possible sale. Very poor customer service imo

A good friend recomended Richard Kendal as a reliable and proffessional company, this was entirely validated through the excellent service I experienced from their Pontefract branch. Amanda Dyson who coordinated the presentation and sale of my home, kept me well informed with information and updates throughout the process, being reassuring and professional at all times. Viewings came quickly and in less than two months a sale was agreed, completion also following in good time. My thanks to everyone at Richard Kendal whose services I totally recomend. John Makinson

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property…..Simply the best!- 8th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)Please Please Please Stay away from this agency This is the worst agency in leeds Worst agency in england Worst agency in uk Worst agency in whole world Worst agency in whole universe Worst agency among all galaxies First they showed all worst properties Then they fooled us with money first told 1100 for apartment then increased the price to 1500 during contract They repairing management is utterly disgusting Never available on emails or on call They ask us to complaint on website After complaining no reply Sadly we went to leeds city council to complain against them and now they came next morning Did not do any repairing in 10 months even though we complained them for almost 7 or 8 months straight Did not helped even after our housemate got hospitalised after mould allergy Even after health and safety did not attended our complaints After reading this review if you choose this agency then u r the biggest fool sorry mate

There were a few problems at the lower end of the chain (no fault of Logic) but they kept me well informed & they were professional & did their very best throughout. Will certainly use them again.
