Very pleased with Arfan's professionalism. He kept us in the loop throughout and resolved any issues raised. Would definitely recommend Connells for property purchase or selling. 15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Dealt with Matt Lindsey at Indigo.<br><br>He is very professional and importantly<br>I like the fact that Matt knows the business of buying and selling a property , it can be stressful and Matt does his best to offer good advice to all parties.<br><br>Matt is a good communicator,he calls with an update when he says he will, he returns calls immediately and if he doesn’t know the answer he will find it and call or email in the evening and weekends.<br><br>Matt is proactive and is always willing to put forward ideas and suggestions to help the deal along.<br>I would recommend Indigo and Matt for all property matters.

16th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Terrible experience over the phone. I didn't get the name of the guy who spoke to me but he said he was in charge of Marigold. I asked to view a property then I was asked tons of questions and asked if I could give notice to my landlord before viewing. I explained that I would have to view the property first to see if it was suitable before giving notice to my landlord. The man spoke rudely and was very arrogant and direct trying to belittle me. First he asked for 2 guarantors which I told him I had, then he asked where I was living, my name and lots of personal details before he exclaimed that I would be wasting his and my time if I viewed the property. He went on a rampage about how I need to give notice to my landlord before I can view the property and irrelevant things just to get me off his case as he obviously does not accept dss tenants even though it is against the law to do so. So he indirectly told me he wouldn't accept dss, I would not recommend this letting agency as they clearly do not abide by UK law.

Two days after we acquired the property, gas service is still unavailable.How are they going to handle additional issues when their head office is across from our building and hasn't been fixed yet?<br>The floor was covered with dust and the property was unclean.The stove iron has a lot of corrosion.

I would highly recommend Home Sale to my peers. I preferred Home Sale to the high street estate agents as they are independent and personal to the seller and helpful when the sale went through.
