1st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had a really good experience with Connells from start to finish. The team was always helpful, responsive, and made the process feel much less stressful throughout. A big thank you to Shane for his support with the mortgage and home insurance. He explained everything clearly and was always there whenever we needed help throughout. Also, thanks to Joe for managing the rest of the process and keeping us updated throughout. We’re very happy with the service, would definitely recommend Connells, and will happily use them again in the future. Their lifetime membership is a great benefit as well, as it makes future purchases even more straightforward.

3rd Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)We instructed Deacon White in Dunstable as we purchased the house through them a few years previously all your and was impressed with the way the transaction was handled. We mainly dealt with Eliot this time and can honestly say he went way over and above what a typical estate agent would do. The transaction had its ups and downs ( not Deacon Whites fault) and has finally gone through. Eliot was not only professional and curious he was available out of office hours to give reassurance when needed. When I got stressed and upset he was so calm. If you are unsure who to instruct or purchase give these guys a chance as it’s rare to find an estate agent who goes that extra mile. Thank you for all you have done Ray and Leigh

21st May 2026 (29 days ago)I always thought estate agents just opened doors until we met Duncan. We’d been looking for the right house for over a year and had very specific requirements for what we wanted. During that time, we had countless estate agents constantly calling us, trying to get us to view every property that came up, whether it suited us or not. Duncan was completely different. Over the course of a year, he only showed us four properties - but every single one genuinely matched what we were looking for, and we seriously considered putting offers in on each of them. Eventually, Duncan found us our ideal home and even came to us with it before it hit the market. Not only did we manage to buy a house we absolutely love, but we also sold our own house through Duncan, via Urban and Rural. We needed a very quick turnaround, and our house was sold within a week of him first coming to see the property for the asking price. From start to finish, the whole experience felt completely different to anything we’d experienced before. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Urban and Rural to anyone thinking about buying or selling in the area.
