The process is smooth and only made better by the lovely people working in the office. Thank you Jonathan, Jo, Sue and everyone else!

13th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Tried buying a house and had the worst experience ever. Leasehold listed as freehold. Firstly the didn’t present the offer to buyer u til chased. Paul who was handling the deal was away most of the time. Property was moved to Sold STC & then back on market before the survey report come back. Complete silence for over a month after asking for negotiations. The whole process was stressful and very frustrating. Seller solicitors to hold initial contract pack. I would stay away and look elsewhere.
2nd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Lovely landlord. However have spoken and gas engineer out. Keep telling me the same. The unit flicks on for 5 minutes and then off. It never did in my 3 years at this lovely property that I like to call home. Heating and water still crazy. Gutter at front is leaking. Which o can see is causing brick rot. The gutter is leaking that much onto the paving it’s going up the wall. Will be an expensive job for lanlord. From me asking as it bangs on the front windows. No one can sleep if they come over. I personally think who is this company. They won’t fix the gutters after asking for 10 months. Sad thing is. Green mould is growing up front walls. Hence when I leave. After months of asking. Mould on walls behind radiator and also the gutter will still need seeing to. So ashamed have paid so much to keep a lovely house

You could always depend on them to put your mind at ease if you had any questions . There professionalism was second to none .
5th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)AWFUL SERVICE. NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Why anyone would list with this company is beyond me. They clearly dont act on behalf of their clients. I've called 20 times this week to arrange a viewing and never once answered.

18th May 2026 (26 days ago)Louis Was absolutely fantastic. He was courteous and knowledgable and never pushy. The viewings were conducted quickly and professionally, and while, through no fault of Jacob knight, the process was long and drawn out (mortgage issues), Louis was always available immediately when we needed him, either by phone or email. We had heard of agents for other companies being very good for the viewing process and then dropping off a cliff when it came to the nitty gritty of actually getting the process finalised. certainly not the case with Jacob knight, they were brilliant, can highly recommend.
