15th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)BEWARE - This is a scam agency. They take deposit money from people showing fake properties and you will never see the money again. I was the guarantor for my family friends who were messed around for the last 2 weeks with the promise of handing over the key. This never happened and they refuse to return the refund. I was initially dealing with Bhavna then passed on to Justin who laughed at me and said my name is not on the Guarantor form so he cant talk to me, so no refund. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO THIS ESTATE AGENCY We will be escalating this further and do what ever it takes to bring down fake estate agents like Belvoir Leicester. ----------------------------------------------------------- Update November 2025 We raised a complaint with TPO who set the rules and guidelines for estate agents in UK, explained our situation on an email with all the evidence. We received decision from TPO on the 28th of November advising Belvoir estate agents to refund our money minus reference fees. We have our money back now.
3rd Apr 2026 (14 days ago)I recently contacted the Manchester branch to enquire about a property. Mia took my call and even though she was going on a half day and was leaving work early she didn’t hesitate to allow me to view the property later that morning with her. She very professionally gave me a tour of the property and answered any questions. She had her business card at the ready for me to contact her if I needed anything else. A very friendly and helpful member of staff at Manchester Bridgfords branch.

9th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have been a client of Pearson Ferrier for nearly two decades (gulp!) and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They managed my rental property with absolute professionalism for 20 years, and they were the natural choice when it came time to sell. The transition from the rental side to the sales team was seamless, and they handled the recent sale with the same care and expertise I’ve come to expect. A special thank you goes to Sam on the rental side who is brilliant at sorting things out quickly, and Keegan on the sales side for great feedback!

9th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)After using 2 previous estate agents for the sale of our property Aubrey Lee excelled in getting our house sale completed. Laurence was there throughout liaising between us and our potential purchasers. The quality of the photos by Aubrey Lee was night and day using a professional photographer at no additional cost made the photos pop on the advert compared to the iPhone taken photos of other agents. Eleanor and Sisi in the office were also great in liaising between estate agents for my onward purchase and my unresponsive solicitor. I have no hesitation in recommending Aubrey Lee
26th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)Melissa and Geraldine have managed the sale of my property in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. They are both very responsive and will always get back to you via phone or email the same day. Had a choice of lots of photos and a wonderful description written of my property alongside support obtaining EPC at a cost effective rate. They organised the viewings around my circumstances and schedules and would keep me up to date on who was visiting and when, and share feedback and offers in a timely way. Both of them are lovely ladies, will be honest with you and try to minimise stress as much as possible! I would recommend them to anyone selling their house in Prestwich.

Had a few obstacles along the way (usual with solicitors / buyer questions), but navigated through all of this keeping us informed throughout and working really closely with our solicitors and buyers to complete the sale. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again ??????

It was quite a complicated process for various legal and lease reasons and took around six months to complete from the offer being accepted. It would have been impossible to get this done without the help, advice, attention to detail and patience of Barbra and Andrew. Barbra particularly went above and beyond what we expected and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Really professional couldn't have been more helpful in pushing our sale through even to the point of recommending removals which were also fantastic, Howes & Son Removals in Saddleworth. Couldn't have done it without them so glad we sold with them.
2nd Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Very nearly the perfect experience with Edward mellor having decided to use them for second house sale. Was impressed with Einar for valuation and viewings were well organised but just a little disappointed by tone of questioning when I asked for specific change to process before sign up. Where things stood out though was the tenacious efforts of Devon Spencer to chase progress of sale through. She made me feel I had a real ally in the latter stages as we moved to exchange despite tenuous progress from purchaser side

15th Apr 2026 (2 days ago)I’m a tenant who has been renting via Bentley Hurst for five years now and I’d really like to commend my real estate agent, Natasha Mulenga. As a tenant, what’s important to me is that if there is any issue such as the boiler or shower not working properly, there is a speedy and effective response so that the issue is resolved quickly. I have been very pleased at how professionally problems have been dealt with and feel the concerns of the tenant are listened to not just when first renting but throughout the lease period. I have always found Bentley Hurst to be very pleasant to communicate with and thoroughly recommend them.

27th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
