24th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)We recently sold our house through Beasleys and couldn't be happier with the whole process from start to finish. We decided to approach Beasleys after deciding to part ways with a previous estate agent we used as it just dragged on. Jake came to our house to value and market our property, from the moment we met him we knew straight away this is the company we want to sell our house, honest, genuine, polite, spoke like a true professional, we knew he was someone we could trust, which is reassuring, he explained everything to us and gave us plenty of advice along the way. A special mention to Charlie aswell, who sold our house and got herself familiar with our property to answer any questions from prospective buyers, again, very impressed with her approach. I have already recommended Jake and the team to people who are wanting to sell their house, thanks again Beasleys.

We always had prompt emails back from Clare and lots of help and advice from Charley also. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, highly recommend Connells stony Stratford.

He knew the house inside and out, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured at any point. What stood out most was how approachable and genuine he was. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and was happy to explain details about the property and the local area. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. A real credit to the estate agency, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie to anyone looking to buy or rent a property.

I would have really liked more feedback and more of a push from there end to get creative in the sale space but I feel the experience overall is a positive one.

Sam end to end has been just the absolute best and a huge asset to a wonderful team! Quite honestly every member of the team I've spoken to throughout the process from viewing a property - right through to completion and beyond has just flown way above expectations. They are for sure the most personable, reliable and friendly estate agents I've ever had dealings with (and I've dealt with many over the years). I know who will always have our custom, and I will absolutely be recommending this incredible team to anyone who requires their services! Thanks team!

From the start of our journey, the communication has been consistently great. We had a group chat set up which made it really easy to keep in touch. It has felt like we are communicating with friends. The marketing of the property has also been top notch. Matthew and Adam have both been extremely knowledgeable and given us great guidance through this whole process and we are really thankful to both of them and the team at Lion Estates. We have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

17th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)They didn’t sell my house. I had to pull them off and go for a PTX as they began to give me anxiety. They didn’t keep me up to date and when it came to speaking to my PTX company they gave inaccurate information which affected my valuation. They seem like lovely people but I don’t think I will recommend them to anyone as there were just too many issues that I felt I didn’t have to deal with.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
