Took his time to listen to us and ensure that our property was marketed in the best way. He gave an accurate estimate of our property’s value. Photos were excellent and helped to sell our house I’m sure. Several viewings were secured quickly and our house sold at above the asking price within days. The sales negotiator was experienced and helped us to secure a really good price. All was done quickly but we didn’t feel rushed and were kept updated at every stage. Valuation was absolutely on the money, they knew their people who were looking to buy and what was important to them they matched a family with our property and they bought it and love the house. We did not even need to advertise. They worked so hard to keep everyone in the chain updated, we never had to chase them as they always kept us notified. I would recommend to anyone wanting to sell or buy. Brilliant experience.

6th Sep 2026 (21 days ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for better support from Sharon and Amelia throughout our sale.<br><br>What should have been a fairly straightforward move turned into a much more stressful journey than we expected, with delays and complications along the way. Throughout all of it, Sharon and Amelia were absolutely brilliant. They were approachable, responsive and, most importantly, genuinely cared about getting things over the line for us.<br><br>There were times when communication between solicitors became frustrating, and having Sharon and Amelia at the other end of the phone chasing things, finding out what was happening and keeping everyone connected made a huge difference. We never felt like we were just another transaction to them.<br><br>Amelia in particular was fantastic at keeping in touch and helping us understand what was happening behind the scenes, while Sharon’s experience and support gave us a lot of reassurance when things became stressful.<br><br>After finally getting the keys and being able to look back at the whole journey, we’re incredibly grateful for everything they did for us.<br><br>Thank you Sharon and Amelia — you were a huge part of getting us into our new home and we genuinely appreciate it. ????????<br><br>Would recommend them without hesitation.
