The sale process required enormous patience, persistence, and careful handling of multiple parties. Throughout the entire journey, Nathan Taylor, and especially Billy Saxton provided incredible support, continuous communication, and reassurance at every stage. Billy Saxton in particular was absolutely instrumental in getting the transaction completed. His professionalism, diplomacy, and ability to manage complex interactions between all parties were truly outstanding. I am genuinely grateful to Billy for all his hard work and dedication. Without his persistence and support, I do not believe this sale would have been completed successfully. A special shout out to Susie who made the buying process seamless for us as first time buyers - she is kind, honest, generous with her time and we couldn’t be happier with how it all went - she even chased solicitors to make sure we got to completion on the day we wanted! Wilkinson Byrne go above and beyond to make the buying experience as stress free as possible and we are forever grateful for the support in getting us our dream home.

I heard a lot of talks that, in general, service in property agencies in the UK is poor, but these guys proved themselves as wonderful, caring professionals. All recommendations

Particular mention to Kyri who I dealt with over that time and who is very courteous and professional in all aspects of his role. I would highly recommend Ariston Properties to all future clients.

21st May 2026 (29 days ago)Pettyson may be good for sales, but their lettings team let's the side down! We have been renting for 10 years, and the last 4 have been with Pettyson. We have had multiple issues with the flat, but Pettyson were not helpful and seemed to care more about the landlord than us, who were actually paying to live in the flat. Check out was just as unprofessional, with the checking agency providing us with all the relevant information, while Pettyson stayed silent.... Well, except to email us to ask if we could facilitate a viewing, three days after we vacated the property. Good luck future tenants!

He was attentive, easy to communicate with, and went out of his way to make adjustments to the apartment and ensure everything was sorted properly before we moved in. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and we’re very pleased with the apartment.
10th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I chose Havilands specifically because Get Agent told me they had most sales in my area recently. The meeting with them was kept clear and brief- no nonsense. The pricing proved to be realistic. The numbers they were getting in to see the place was good. It was clear that they want what we want ie to get a sale with as little delay or fuss as possible to take their cut and move on. they were also helpful in recommending a conveyancing solicitor with a similar view of working speedily and well.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

He was very helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble, he gave me good advice and information, He always kept me fully informed of what was going on, Esp, on what viewers were saying. Reyon was well-organized, and respectful throughout the entire process, He showed excellent communication skills and answered all of my questions? Reyon secured the best possible deal for me. I would highly recommend Tilson and Spencer when selling and buying.

29th May 2026 (21 days ago)One of the worst letting agencies I’ve dealt with in London. Extremely unprofessional, very unresponsive, and careless when it comes to handling tenant issues. Communication is poor and getting anything resolved takes forever. I would not recommend anyone to rent through Jhons in London. There are far better agencies out there that actually care about their tenants.

What stands out most is their maintenance management; any time we had an issue in the apartment, they quickly sent contractors to handle repairs. They have also been very flexible with our needs over the years. A truly professional team.
