The team at Acorn is actually pretty alright. Our tenancy definitely wasn’t ideal, but that’s mostly thanks to the contractors hired by the landlord and tenants leaving early etc. Acorn has definitely been super patient with it all.
It might be hard to get a hold of them, so I recommend ringing a few times in a row, once they pick up they’re super helpful. Haven’t had many moments where the team didn’t clarify an issue or tried to solve it.

A sloppy unprofessional agency with poor customer service are the only words I can use to begin to describe this truly outrageous company. Ending our tenancy with Acorn started badly, with them making demands of extension on our expiring tenancy, initial maintenance requests that were made upon move in were never followed up by their maintenance team, we had to make do. Having returned our keys to the office, we then received threatening emails of charges for replacement locks and requests for evidence that the keys were returned. No one seems to want to answer the phone in this agency, and if they do they're usually very abrupt. If you can pick another agency in the area, do so!
