Ashley made everything straightforward and was always quick to answer any questions, which really helped make the letting process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Bridgefords and really appreciate Ashley’s excellent service.

7th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Really disappointed with NGU Homes, asked for a tenant reference, lost the email, 5 days later still waiting, staff I spoke to refused to do anything except pass the email on and said "Well you just have to wait". Thanks for nothing.

My appreciation goes to Scott who met me at my property and gave a very informative overview of the rental market and knowledge of the local area and also Lindsey from the Sarah Mains office who provided me with informative updates regarding the viewings and tenant. Thank you to both Scott and Lindsey.

19th Feb 2026 (22 weeks ago)They offered advice on valuation that matched our expectations, they put it on the market at the value we wanted. We had viewings constantly whilst it was on the market. They advised us to keep taking viewings after offer accepted until we were sale agreed. This resulted in a higher bid, so it was worth it. Only negative was the amount of Photoshop used in photos.

From getting our house on the market to helping us through the buying process, they’ve always been helpful, friendly, and easy to get hold of. Communication has been great throughout, and we’ve always felt kept up to date with what’s going on. Any questions we’ve had have been answered quickly, and nothing has ever seemed like too much trouble. A huge thank you to everyone, highly recommend!

The whole process was handled smoothly and professionally, which made everything far less stressful than expected. Special mention to Beth, who was fantastic throughout — always helpful, responsive, and happy to answer any questions along the way. Her support really made a difference. Highly recommend Andrew Craig to anyone buying or selling. Great team and great experience!

I must point our that all our experiences with this estate agent were certainly one of the best. I can confirm they were professional in every sense. Together with a sense of duty to their clients. 17th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

They did everything they could to facilitate our rental move when our previous property sold, in just 6 days! Chloe kept us up to date with every step we had to take.
