I was informed in writing that the refund had been approved and passed to the accounting team, yet no payment was made and no replies were received despite several follow?ups. The lack of responsiveness after tenancy termination and the difficulty in tracking the deposit created unnecessary stress. Tenants should be cautious and be prepared to chase persistently for deposit refunds.

6th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)Phoned up to enquire on a property they had advised for sale met with a complete lack of interest from the staff member who was not only rude but dismissive, fortunately the house is advertised with another agent where we have been able to since view the property with no hassle! If you are thinking of selling or looking to buy completely avoid these bunch of clowns.

Nothing had been too much, and they have made it all as straightforward as possible. I’d like to put in an individual review for Rhonda. Having only been in the job for less than 4 months when I first met her, she proved herself to be a thoroughly class act in her role. I would recommend her for a pay rise or/and a promotion. 2nd May 2026 (3 days ago)urgently needed a room in a week and this agency upcharged me an extra £100 due to being a "short term rental" spoke to other estate agents and they all said it was just made up had to constantly call the new estate agents to get it reduced to the normal advertised rate. they also changed the document for tenancy rent price after i had paid the holding fee constant drip-feeding me information and very slow told me i could pay monthly then a day before move in said no you have to pay two months upfront + deposit awful experience steer clear
