4th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)From the initial valuation visit, and throughout the sale process, Matthew & Richard at Coopers have been excellent in every respect, providing a professional, friendly and courteous service and acting with sensitivity and sympathy when we lost our mum during the process.<br><br>Matthew even went the extra mile in helping us to move some furniture around ready for the photographer to visit.<br><br>The sales pack was highly professional and was quickly tweaked to address a couple of minor comments we had<br><br>Their communications have been great throughout; timely, informative and not overwhelming, and they managed the delay in the process waiting for probate to be granted very capably.<br><br>I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling property in and around Market Harborough.

12th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Between myself and my wife, in 12 weeks we received 1 phone call, and that was to lower the price they valued it at. The photos were poor too. Put the for sale board up on the wrong house. We were disappointed with the whole experience Horts are by all accounts a good agent so I’m told. Maybe we were unlucky

31st Oct 2024 (2 years ago)If they had turned up early for the initial viewing as requested it would have been perfect ???????? but as it was the buyers, estate agent and us were all at the property at once, awkward. Otherwise they were a lovely helpful company to work with especially Rosie.

Specifically, I want to mention Aaron - very helpful, pleasant in communication, and ready to go the extra mile to explain and assist throughout the process. Great service!

19th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)Michal was my contact at Cunninghams and me being a first time landlord, he made it very clear how the whole process works, what I need to be aware of with the new legislations, helped me understand things that I wasn't so clear on with being a new potential landlord and overall represented Cunninghams very well. He has great balance of being professional yet personable. Very knowledgeable, polite and overall I feel he portrayed trust which is very important to any landlord of course. I would highly recommend Michal and Cunninghams to anyone looking to rent out their property

All units sold extremely well in a difficult market. 9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)From first contact with the company everyone was pleasant, helpful and responded quickly and proactively to requests. Hayley was very reassuring when I first met her and explained how she arrived at her valuation amount, well supported with local comparable property data, while emphasising that the final decision was mine. I felt confident in accepting her advice. Photography and sales details were prepared very quickly and efficiently. As I don't live locally good communication has been particularlyimportant. It has been refreshing to deal with a team who clearly communicate well among themselves as whenever I've contacted them whoever i spoke with was well informed about my case. Once an offer was received Mark was helpful, professional and very quick to act on my instructions. I've had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend Denny Knight.

31st Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)I filled out the online form requesting a viewing, the form said someone would be in touch soon. I waited for 2 days, I had heard nothing so I rang. The lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful and said someone would be intouch. Noone has bothered to get in touch with me. Does Pattison Lane not want to sell properties?

We had many issues at the property we were already renting through a private landlord and needed to move out asap but weren't able to commit until payday a few days away when we viewed a property we wanted. Simon went above and beyond to help us secure the property. We work out a time line that worked for us to be able to do what we needed and simon and his team were more than accommodating and helped us when we were able to bring out move in day forward. We cannot recomend them enough!
1st Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

But the big thank you and the main body of work done in my opinion was Georger my night my confidant foot-soldier the one that pushed the cogs on a daily basis with a smile professional attitude and compassion to get the tasked done well played. This is just the tip of the iceberg to put this down in such a small scale. I couldn’t ask for better people /company to sell homes. Again thank you all for your time patience and compassion all the best
