Everyone in the office was proactive and kept us well informed of the progress of the whole transaction, to enable a smooth and well coordinated purchase and sale. Well done and thank you to all involved for a highly professional service. We recommend the team at the Stamford office unreservedly.

From the first meeting, Matthew took time to thoughtfully value our property and help us to arrive at a mutually agreed valuation. Following this, an excellent portfolio of photos and a gorgeous brochure we're developed. Immediately on publication, three viewings and two offers at asking price! We had many issues at the property we were already renting through a private landlord and needed to move out asap but weren't able to commit until payday a few days away when we viewed a property we wanted. Simon went above and beyond to help us secure the property. We work out a time line that worked for us to be able to do what we needed and simon and his team were more than accommodating and helped us when we were able to bring out move in day forward. We cannot recomend them enough!

They gave us good advice, they were open and honest, and they were always swift to respond. They brought some urgency when it was needed but never any pressure, and we always felt they genuinely cared. Their valuation was realistic and they really know the North Bedfordshire market. If you’re considering selling, give them a call/
