Our brocure and accompanying video were excellent. We received many viewings and offers leading to a successful sale. Communications were excellent throughout. We would not hesitate to recommend Liz and Nicola.

They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.

From the very beginning, she did not clearly explain the rental process or the requirements, and she showed very little interest in presenting the property in the way a professional letting agent should.<br><br>After my friend had already paid the deposit, she was informed that she could no longer rent the property. Different reasons were given, but they did not seem to reflect the real situation. It left us with the impression that they simply did not want to offer her the property.<br><br>The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude made this a very frustrating experience. My friend is extremely disappointed with how she was treated and would not want anyone else to go through the same experience. I cannot recommend this service based on what happened.- 5th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)They simply didnt show up to my appointment after confirming it twice to view a property. I suggest sellers go elsewhere. (They also hardsell overpriced mortgages)

The Bedford team are mentally agile & well led by Jonathon Tolmie, Jack led the sale with diplomacy and was professional and polite throughout. Hannah and Wendy are team players who also helped the process along in order to get completion.<br><br>I would never use anyone other than Michael Graham as they always work to always get the best price (thanks to Warren) and keep customers updated with real time information and issues as soon as they arise.<br><br>You run a great team Jonathon, thank you for your great service.<br><br>Roger

We are hoping to move there soon, but as we will be new to the area, we were looking for ideas of locations suitable for our needs. Kian was excellent, came up with lots of ideas, information, tips and hints. When we do move, we will be back!

31st Jul 2026 (2 days ago)I filled out the online form requesting a viewing, the form said someone would be in touch soon. I waited for 2 days, I had heard nothing so I rang. The lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful and said someone would be intouch. Noone has bothered to get in touch with me. Does Pattison Lane not want to sell properties?

3rd Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Awful. No communication at all from Gemma/Natalie. Tried to take our whole deposit due to apparently not giving notice when moving but we had, Gemma didn’t communicate within the work place. Had to keep contacting them to get a response about our deposit. No one ever replied unless we had emailed them 4/5 times. Very quick to be on your case when needing something but slow as a snail if you need anything sorted. Was very rude down the phone to my partner at one point.
