They will find any reason to over charge you.<br>I couldn’t put half a star.. Good luck to you if you’re starting your journey with this company, you’ll need it.

3rd Aug 2026 (10 days ago)We chose Hubbards as we were impressed with their positivity when we initially spoke with different members of staff, something we missed in the agency we were initially with. However the volume of viewings forecast did not materialise, there was no one contact person who seemed to manage the case and email communication was not great. We also felt we were being pressed to make decisions that we felt were not fair to the other agent. When we notified them by email that we had sold with the other agent it wasn’t even acknowledged.

25th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I came across Your Move Estate Agents through a family friends of mine .<br>From the ver beginning , even while still on the phone , I got the impression that I am dealing with a professional staff , who knew what they were doing . While speaking with the Chief Executive Olli Humphreys, I was impressed with his speed of with which he resolved any issues at hand . He was cooperative for him there were no important or not important issues , all mattered equally . He dealt with them with extreme efficiency .<br>He and his team made the tedious process of purchasing a new home very easy and dealt with it as if it was his own issues .<br>I cannot recommend him and his team any more .<br>Thank you to the staff at Your Move Beccles .

Communication has been faultless, in particular, Jade has dealt with every query cheerfully and efficiently liaising between buyer and vendor and keeping us up to date throughout ther process.

4th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)When choosing an estate agent, there is probably one question more important than any other on your mind - is this the agent that I have the most trust and confidence in to list, market and sell my property?<br><br>For me, this question is simply answered by the fact that if I were to sell again, I would choose Gilson Bailey again.<br><br>There are a lot of estate agents out there where you will hear about a lot of issues either with the company as a whole or with individual agents. I haven't had that experience with Gilson Bailey - they know what their business is, they know how to do it well, and they conduct themselves with professonalism, experience and confidence.<br><br>I value their honesty, transparency and realistic expectations and communications - they will tell you how it is, whether you be a buyer or seller, without false promises, and if they don't know something, rather than be misleading like other agents might be, they'll give you an honest answer, and whether you be a buyer or a seller, knowing that you are receiving honest and truthful answers is one of the most valuable qualities that you can ask for.

The marketing was brilliant and went the extra mile and what turned into a tricky sale towards the end meant I really saw the effort they went to to get it over the line. Calls out of hours, viewings on weekends and evenings and all in all a second to none service
